I've been going to the dealership for the past four years for my yearly maintenance, they're the best in Atlanta. Very professional and they take good care of you, love the service. for my yearly maintenance, they're the best in Atlanta. Very professional and they take good care of you, love the service. More
My service experience with this dealer was very disappointing. I brought my car in due to the “check engine” light going on in my 5 month old car. The dealer told me it would be fixed in 2 days, an disappointing. I brought my car in due to the “check engine” light going on in my 5 month old car. The dealer told me it would be fixed in 2 days, and then delayed the pickup date SIX times and my car was there for a month. While the part delay was Toyota’s fault (not the dealer’s), the dealer was bad at communication and promised me a full detailing as an apology. When I picked up the car yesterday, they confirmed the detailing was done, but how you do a detailing and still have sand, sticks and dust on a car is beyond me. Really disappointing experience. More

The only thing good about the dealership was the accuracy that my service was going to be expensive. I pulled into the service area and waited by my vehicle for more than 15 minutes. Many employees passe that my service was going to be expensive. I pulled into the service area and waited by my vehicle for more than 15 minutes. Many employees passed by without checking me in for my appointment or asking if I’ve been helped. No one acknowledged me when I pulled in so I walked inside and waited by a service advisor. The one that was assigned to me online was not there for the day. The service advisor who did end up helping me was nice and pleasant. He did give me an accurate quote for my service and did warn me that it would be costly which I appreciated. I was given an accurate wait time as well. I stated I would pick up my vehicle the next day. He said he was off, but a colleague would help me. The next day I show up to pick up my vehicle and same problem. No one cared to acknowledge my presence or asked if I’d been helped. A taller gentleman came in behind me and he was immediately helped. He told the service advisor that I was there first. What is the point in having multiple desks for service advisors if they hide behind their computers and don’t acknowledge customers walking in. There’s not even a line where you can stand. You just have to search for your assigned advisor and wait by their desk. More
James was the associate that helped with my visit. Although no one was helping when I first pulled up he approached and helped me out. Super friendly and helpful. Although no one was helping when I first pulled up he approached and helped me out. Super friendly and helpful. More
