The car I bought, 2016 Lexus ES Hybrid 300h, had 3 accidents but they were showing 0 on CarGurus, which is cheating. They added fake charges and removed later on to claim discount, again cheating. My service experience with this dealer was very disappointing. I brought my car in due to the “check engine” light going on in my 5 month old car. The dealer told me it would be fixed in 2 days, an disappointing. I brought my car in due to the “check engine” light going on in my 5 month old car. The dealer told me it would be fixed in 2 days, and then delayed the pickup date SIX times and my car was there for a month. While the part delay was Toyota’s fault (not the dealer’s), the dealer was bad at communication and promised me a full detailing as an apology. When I picked up the car yesterday, they confirmed the detailing was done, but how you do a detailing and still have sand, sticks and dust on a car is beyond me. Really disappointing experience. More
