Unfortunately, I had a appointment at 3:30 I didn't leave out of there until the store was closed. The service this time was not acceptable. I've been with Toyota dealership for years and very disappointment out of there until the store was closed. The service this time was not acceptable. Service was unusually poor. Parts sold me the wrong key (a standard instead of a smart key) on a Friday. Service refused to see me the next day, Saturday, to program the key whi Parts sold me the wrong key (a standard instead of a smart key) on a Friday. Service refused to see me the next day, Saturday, to program the key which I did not yet know was incorrect. When I returned on Tuesday after 1.5 hours the tech reported that the key was not a smart key and asked me where I had gotten it as though I had made a mistake. Parts then charged me another fee for the smart key key and refused to make a price adjustment for their error. I had to wait a total of 3.5 hours for programming of both keys on a working day for me. I had planned to buy a new Toyota vehicle from this dealership, but that is now on hold.. More
