Our service agent was Ernesto Batist. The service rep forgot the car wash I asked for, and we weren’t informed our car was ready until 30+ minutes after it was done. After waiting nearly 2 hours, the rep admitted he forgot the car wash and he can get it done in 20-25 min but we declined a further wait. Disappointed that the rep kept pushing us to leave him a good review despite these issues. Asking for a good review once is one thing, but asking multiple times, especially after failing to provide the service correctly, is unprofessional and tone-deaf. More
