On 09/2/2024 visited World Toyota with high hopes of finding a pre-owned car, but my experience was nothing, short of frustrating and disappointing. The lack of professionalism and respect from the sale finding a pre-owned car, but my experience was nothing, short of frustrating and disappointing. The lack of professionalism and respect from the sales Manager Jose Ledoux, has left a lasting negative impression. It’s unacceptable for a sales manager to treat customers in such a manner. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. More
