I was already aware of the issue causing the oil leak in my car and did not require a detailed diagnosis. Unfortunately, due to miscommunication and a lack of clarity during the process, I ended up paying this fee unnecessarily.I believe this charge was avoidable and would kindly request a refund for the diagnostic fee. Service and communication were great. I got updated when items were found that needed addressed and texted when everything was done. Check-in was very inefficient.
