I believe the mechanical updates were correct; however, customer care was AWFUL…cold weather and NO PLACE FOR CUSTOMERS TO SIT; so, this 75 year old widow had to stand or sit on a bench in the cold weather customer care was AWFUL…cold weather and NO PLACE FOR CUSTOMERS TO SIT; so, this 75 year old widow had to stand or sit on a bench in the cold weather outside. The plastic covered area with a few high top tables/stools was the “proper” waiting area I found; however, the area was cold and I couldn’t stay there. I finally walked down to the office of John Pitera, Service Manager, and sat in his office. When he came in I told him why I was there. He said the waiting are is 70 degrees (it was not) and he proceeded to ignore me. When I asked if there were any local restaurants I could walk to and get something to eat/drink and in which I could get warm, I was directed to Chick-fil-A was supposedly a couple of blocks away. I proceeded to walk down Peachtree industrial Boulevard Chick-fil-A. It was nowhere inside in the sidewalk ended once I reached Enterprise. I had to turn around and walk back. I til my rep to not send a 75 year old down there and explained the sidewalk ended and Chic Filet was no where in sight. Clearly this was my worst experience ever with customer service. I generally go to my Tampa Toyota Dealer where I get excellent customer service. World Toyota was the worst! More
