The service agent was great! But, I have had a malfunction in the spare tire sensor for 11 years. The solution by ALL past dealerships was to add more tire pressure. I went in for an oil change and a checkup. The team found a more serious issue with the axles that they took care of as well. My service advisor Paul was great to work with throughout the process. He helped me understand the problem and walked me through easy to solutions to some other, small problems I had. Once they had the van for a while, I got TXT updates and a video/picture walkthrough online of the axle issue they found. I did some Googling on that parts and labor and their price was reasonable for the job. I've taken my van to WORLD TOYOTA several times and I've been consistently happy with their work. More
