They had the right used car for us and our sales guy and the manager were very good. Not pushy. Just a matter of coming to an agreement on price. There was a sizeable negative though in that once the price was agreed (cash after a trade), the wait to get with the finance office and pay was excruciatingly long. Literally twice as long as the time it took to arrive, test drive the car and work out the deal. The only slack I’ll cut them is it was the end of the month so they were quite busy. Another small irritating thing was with that wait, their vending machines didn’t work but still charged me $5 from two failed taps on the card reader. Our salesman was Sean Glenn and was a pleasure to work with. More

I bought my RAV 4 here and had a great experience. I’ve been to many Toyota dealerships for services and no matter what they were doing to my car, it never took more than an hour. I’ve gotten my car s I’ve been to many Toyota dealerships for services and no matter what they were doing to my car, it never took more than an hour. I’ve gotten my car serviced here twice. The first time I was there for 3 1/2 hours. Communication was ok and I was getting my brakes replaced so I gave some grace. I asked for an emissions test which I payed for and they told me they performed. I went to update my car registration and my emissions test was no where to be found. I called for a refund and they told me they would call me back. They never did, so I lost money on that. This time when I went to get my car serviced, all I needed was a tire rotation and oil change. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours. 2 hours in I got a text my car passed inspection. Another hour went by and I never heard anything. Never got a text or call or a worker come tell me my car was ready. I saw people come and go while waiting and also heard other people complain about their hour long wait. When I finally tracked someone down who would help, they were shocked I was still there, and it seemed my car was just sitting in the lot, forgotten. The girl who helped me check out was very nice and helped me get on my way, but it was an incredibly frustrating experience and from what I could hear in the waiting room I wasn’t the only one. More
