My service tech, Alan Rosa, went above and beyond to find a replacement key fob for me. He held himself to what he guaranteed me regarding completion of the fob programing, even though it took him past his w a replacement key fob for me. The basic oil change service was great. Pleasant welcome and check-in, nice waiting area, even though there were a good number of people waiting. The only downside was that I had also reported my USB port recently stopped working; the technician filmed a video of him plugging his phone in and it seemed to work. When I tried with my phone (with 2 different cables) after they gave me my car back the USB still doesn’t work. Could be my phone, of course, but they didn’t follow me out to my car to make sure it worked. I drove away without knowing why it still doesn’t work. Is the USB port loose or something and the technician happened to get a good connection? Did something change in my phone recently? I was disappointed by the lack of follow through. More
