The service rep was clear about what was going to be done and how much it was going to cost me. He remembered to give me my military discount. The Service Rep seemed friendly and engaging initially, but my opinion changed later. He over promised and under delivered. It took 3 hours for an oil change. It took them 30 minutes to pull my car from th but my opinion changed later. He over promised and under delivered. It took 3 hours for an oil change. It took them 30 minutes to pull my car from the garage. They wanted to charge me 100 dollars for fixing the rubber stripping around my sunroof that just needed to be popped into place. I'll never go back. Terrible experience. More

while I’m glad my car received repairs, I had some of the WORST customer service from one of their reps, Paul. He gave me the run around regarding getting my car to their body shop area. Apparently the to WORST customer service from one of their reps, Paul. He gave me the run around regarding getting my car to their body shop area. Apparently the tow truck dropped my car in their lot, but instead of calling their body shop which is directly behind the dealership. He requested I pay for a tow service to move my car. Thanks to David, who works in the body shop for stepping in and handling the situation. He explained all Paul needed to do was call the body shop so they can easily move my car. I would think I huge dealership with a body shop would be able to take care of this with no issue. Especially since this was the same facility I received my car from. I had to experience all this during the Christmas Holiday, I then got a follow up from Paul express how this was all above his pay grade….. NEVER AGAIN! More
