When we arrived at the dealership, all of the employees, including the manager, were very welcoming. We were pointed to Rod from one of the dealer managers and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had to wait to test drive a particular vehicle however he kept us company with good conversation until it was ready. After the test drive, there was no pressure and he did not balk at us when we started negotiating on the vehicle pricing. Even while we were working with the finance manager on the paperwork, he checked on us from time to time to make sure we were doing well. After the paperwork, he had the vehicle readily accessible so we were able to get on our way quickly with the new vehicle. From the moment we walked in, everyone we interacted with was very friendly and knowledgable. They didn't have the exact car we wanted on the lot, so he searched other dealerships to see if they might have was very friendly and knowledgable.
