As I made my way to a wedding in hot, humid weather, my 2004 Prius shuddered and every warning light lit up the dashboard like a ferryboat. Just as I pulled into the church driveway, my brakes went! It was after 5 pm on a Saturday so the service dept was closed. Nonetheless the woman who answered the phone connected me to Mike Wargo. I was a bit freaked out by my car's dying and Mike kept me calm and focused. He stayed on the phone with me until we determined my brakes were in fact working. He assured me I would be okay to drive it in for service. He was right. I am very impressed with Mike's care and concern for me. I am also grateful. Thank you Mike! Drea Besch More

Conyers Toyota and Nalley Toyota in Roswell were particularly terrible. Save yourself a headache by taking my advice if you plan on buying a new toyota in metro atlanta: 1) do some gruntwork online and get some bids through email from various dealers for your purchase 2) determine the best fair all inclusive DRIVE OUT price 3) go straight to world toyota with your bids as a bargaining chip to finish the deal More

I just had to give a shout out to Marsha and World Toyota for wonderful customer service. I went in absolutely clueless as to what was going on w/ my car and Marsha and the mechanic was very detailed explai for wonderful customer service. I went in absolutely clueless as to what was going on w/ my car and Marsha and the mechanic was very detailed explaining exactly what was wrong w/ my car and what my options were. Since I wasn't in the best position financially to get a rental , Marsha went above and beyond to secure me a loaner car while my car was being repaired. This meant sooooo much to me because it ensured that I would be able to make it to work and pick up my son from daycare without a huge inconvenience. Additonally, my brakes work better than they did when I purchased it!! I would definetly return for service and refer World Toyota to others!!! Thanks for excellent customer service! More

As car buying experiences go, I was very pleased with my experience at World Toyota. The people are friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor. I had visited a total of 3 Toyota dealerships (Cobb experience at World Toyota. The people are friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor. I had visited a total of 3 Toyota dealerships (Cobb County, Sandy Springs, and World) to shop and told all 3 of them that I knew exactly what I wanted and that I would purchase from the dealer that gave me the best price. I had been doing business, sales & service, with Cobb County for about 16 years and one specific salesman during that time. They didn't even work for my business - gave me lip service! Sandy Springs tried but only after I told them I made a deposit on a car from World. All this to say that World Toyota was the only dealership that showed real interest in my business. I feel I got just what I wanted at a fair price and terms I wanted. I am looking forward to building a great relationship with the service department in the future. More
