I brought in my 2006 Avalon (the third vehicle we have bought from World/Kelly Toyota) for a routine oil change. I was greeted immediately and Phillip Ballentine handled my service needs. I had an e-mail coupon and my coupon book from the purchase. Phillip said to keep the e-mail and use my coupon for my first oil change ... for free. Free is good! I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson. I live in Knoxville, Tennessee and stopped by World Toyota one weekend in June while visiting my daughter in Atlanta. I feel most fortunate that Sonnn live in Knoxville, Tennessee and stopped by World Toyota one weekend in June while visiting my daughter in Atlanta. I feel most fortunate that Sonnny was the salesperson that greeted us. He was most knowageable and answered all my many questions. I never felt any sales pressure, just that he wanted to inform me about the features of the new Venza I was considering. Since I wanted to wait until the "cash for clunkers" program was available, I waited until August to get back with Sonny. By this time dealer inventories were very low (some dealers did not have any Venzas in stock), but Sonny arranged to get the Venza I wanted from a dealer in South Caarolina. He also went the extra mile to insure that all my "cash for clunkers" documentation was correct, calling the countly court clerk in Knoxville to verify my registration. The final surprise was that there were no surprises when I drove down to pick up the car. There were no unexpected fees, etc. that some dealers add on at the last minute. In fact the "out the door" price was slighlty less than I expected! In addition to Sonny, I was also impressed with the other people I met at the dealership. Toyota Service has my complete trust to service my car, that I dont want to go anywhere else for ANY type of service. This past service I needed 4 new tires and after checking around, Toyota offered the BE that I dont want to go anywhere else for ANY type of service. The gentleman who assisted me with my vehicle was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with what they were doing to my car. He was knowledgeable and eager to take care of my service needs. He was clear of the service needed, and why needed with honest options, plus he delivered on time as promised. It is apparent that Brian is training others to continue the same outstanding service I have received from him. Daniel will be an equal option for me to Brian as a quality service agent. We have always been extremely pleased with World Toyota's service. The facility is clean and attractive. The waiting room even has coffee and donuts and comfortable chairs. Service Advisor John T. continues with the World Toyota practice of giving excellent maintenance advise. He pointed out that timing chains should be replaced every 5 years or 75,000 miles, and my Camry is practice of giving excellent maintenance advise. He pointed out that timing chains should be replaced every 5 years or 75,000 miles, and my Camry is due for 2nd timing-chain replacement at 151,000 miles. This was during oil and coolant change on a Saturday morning, and he got the job done same day, and provided a shuttle ride home. John is also noting in my service record to watch the water pump as slight moisture around seal and it will be time to replace soon...so I can budget ahead for this work. Thank you! More
Could not have asked for more from Phil Conn, my salesman. He not only knew the Toyota product, but also, the information about other cars (Nissan). His knowledge convinced me to purchase the Camry over the Altima. Jose, the Sales Manager, could not have been more professional, and I did not feel pressured at any point of my purchase. I had a lip spoiler put on the Camry I purchase for my wife and the Jay, accessories manager, checked with me over and over to make sure that I liked the way it looked and that I was satisfied with the cleaning of the car after purchase. Will and Jorome (sp.), Business Managers, were light hearted and both explained all the paperwork during the finance portion of the purchase. By far, this was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had during a vehicle purchase. I drove 450 miles to purchase the vehicle from your dealership because of what I viewed on your website. When I arrived back to my hometown (got 439 miles on one tank of gas and still had 3.4 gallons left when I refueled) I had a lady talk to me about the car at the gas pump. I told her where I bought the car and gave her the business card that I got from Mr. Conn. This lady, Mrs McLeod, called me later in the evening and talked further about the car. She stated that she would call Phil the next date because I seemed so excited about my experience. She had a Volvo she wanted to trade in for a new car for her daughter to go to college.
