Jerry Bearden is the service representative I always ask for because he goes the extra mile for the customer. I live five miles from a toyota dealership and could have given them my business, however, when I visited this particular dealership, apparently, they thought I was just kidding..that maybe I did not look like the person who can buy a camry. As I made my way to a wedding in hot, humid weather, my 2004 Prius shuddered and every warning light lit up the dashboard like a ferryboat. Just as I pulled into the church driveway, my brakes went! It was after 5 pm on a Saturday so the service dept was closed. Nonetheless the woman who answered the phone connected me to Mike Wargo. I was a bit freaked out by my car's dying and Mike kept me calm and focused. He stayed on the phone with me until we determined my brakes were in fact working. He assured me I would be okay to drive it in for service. He was right. I am very impressed with Mike's care and concern for me. I am also grateful. Thank you Mike! Drea Besch More

Conyers Toyota and Nalley Toyota in Roswell were particularly terrible. Save yourself a headache by taking my advice if you plan on buying a new toyota in metro atlanta: 1) do some gruntwork online and get some bids through email from various dealers for your purchase 2) determine the best fair all inclusive DRIVE OUT price 3) go straight to world toyota with your bids as a bargaining chip to finish the deal More
