To state my overall service as being "great" is an understatement. I am in the customer service industry and everywhere I go I rate the level of service I demonstrate against what I receive, thes understatement. I have been driving for over 20 years, and have never been involved in any automobile accident until now. From the evaluation of my car damages until the day I was to pick up my car, my service was beyond EXCELLENT! In other words, I wasn't treated like another customer with a damaged car to repair it was a geniune care, for my well being. The above employees should be commended for more than a job well done…because I wasn’t a customer that day I was family! I used World Toyota to repair my car after I was side-swiped while parked. World Toyota was easy to work with in scheduling the appointments and performed the work as they had scheduled. I picked up my car right on time. It looks great, was freshly washed, the dents and scratches completely repaired. I will definitely use them again. Brady kept us in the communication loop and all was repaired with as little inconvenience as possible. More
I had researched the Venza for several months. I found the Venza on World Toyota's website that had exactly what I wanted on it. I was given a Customer number so I could see anyone by walking in. Everyone was very helpful in getting the specifics worked out in the deal. World of Toyota has a lot of extra care given to their customers that I have never seen at any other car dealership. After completing the sales with Korunn and Andy, they made sure that they extended an invitation to me to come to one of the Owner's Seminars the dealership holds every 3rd Thursday that allows owners to talk to the staff and learn better ways to take care of their vehicle. Korunn then introduced me to Jay so that he could explain their XTime Service website. This service is very nice. You can schedule your service online and see the price of each item that you need to have done. After Jay finished showing me all of the service capabilities and potential accesories for my vehicle, he introduced me to Jorome to finish my paperwork for my purchase, but not before he extended an invitation for me to attend an Owner's Seminar. Jorome went through all of the paperwork and explained everything. My final stop was to meet the General Manager, Jack Brennan. Jack made sure that my experience had been an excellent one. He also invited me to attend an Owner's Seminar. He explained everything that is done at the Seminar. Jack also made sure that I knew that his cellphone is on the back of every business card (it really is) and that he is available any time to handle any issues I might have. Since I don't live in Atlanta, Jack stated that if I was having my vehicle serviced some where that I live and I didn't feel that I was getting the type of service that I should to call him and he would call that General Manager and fix it. Now that's service! I've always dreaded having to trade vehicles, but this experience certainly changed that. More
I purchased a 2009 Toyota Highlander Limited from World Toyota in late June. It was definitely my best car purchase experience to date. The salespeople were not pushy - we went by and test drove the car twice; each time, when we finished the drive, the salesperson shook our hands and asked us to let him know if we have any question. We were able to make our decision at our own pace, without any of that "what can we do to get you in this car today" hassle that most dealership make you go through. After the test drives, we were able to negotiate the price over emails (many dealerships refuse to do this), then come in to put down our deposit. The price we ended up with at World Toyota was almost $4,000 less than the price we were offered at Marietta Toyota! After we took delivery of the car, the dealership called us a couple of times to thank us for the purchase and to ask us whether we had any questions about the car. All in all, this was a great experience (you don't often hear that about car purchase!). I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. More
Phillip is very polite but in a friendly kind of way. It was a waste of money. I like that in a dealer to be that prudent with my money. Besides I always get dropped off at home and picked up again when my car is ready, I seldom have to wait long for a driver. Excellent service all around. Good work, Phillip! More
Jerry Bearden is a joy to work with. He is always professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. If there is ever a problem, Jerry and the other guys at World Toyota will mitigate professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. If there is ever a problem, Jerry and the other guys at World Toyota will mitigate it. Jerry always calls to keep me apprised of what's being done to my SUV. He doesn't "assume" that I want particular work done that was not pre-authorized; however, Jerry calls me to describe why more service needs to be performed and how much it will cost. He never pressures me to get "extra" service performed but explains why I need it. I would highly recommend Jerry Bearden to other Toyota service customers. More

I had a bad experience at another Toyota service department which caused me to use other service shops for my car's maintenance, but my wonderful experience at World Toyota's service center has forced me to strongly consider going to World Toyota for all of my vehicle's future service needs.
