I recently bought a RAV4 2009. Few days after my purchase I accidentaly hit the left mirror of the car. I went to Collision Center, and Mr. Matthews was the CSR/Estimator who helped me with the estimate of a I accidentaly hit the left mirror of the car. Mr. Brett Matthews was extremelly professional and very helpful with the questions I asked him that day. Few days after my first visit to the Collision Center, I returned with the new mirror in a box. I remember I arrived to the center when was time to close it, since it was 6:00 p.m. Mr. Matthews came out to see the mirror I bought and after reviewed it carefully I asked him if that same day he could fix it since the schedule of my job, most of the time, does not let me leave it before 5:00 p.m. Mr. Matthews was extremelly patience. He took my car and worked with it for few minutes. He was fast and very curious with my mirror. I was completly satisfied with his service and I won't have any doubt to come back to the Toyota World Center if my car needs any kind of service because employers like Mr. Matthews and Dale Goldston have been representing this dealer with quality, patience, professionalism and they have been showing a great care about consumers like me. More
Mayo was wonderful, she explained the process she would be taking me through to purchase/lease aa new car and it was exactly as she said. They paid me about $7000.00 more for my trade in than what Car max apraised my SUV for. Besides Roy I had to deal with the sales Manager and the Finance manager and both of them give me an outstanding service. Chandra Mayo was a pleasure to deal with. She and the service dept. did everything that we asked to make us happy. I know that World Toyota has lots of great service reps but Ryan Napier is my favorite! He knows what I need before I say it and even points out things I've missed. I took my car in for regular maintenance (oil change). I have always had a very good experience at World Toyota, but I feel this time I got EXCEPTIONAL service. My service rep was Marcia Vergeline and she have always had a very good experience at World Toyota, but I feel this time I got EXCEPTIONAL service. My service rep was Marcia Vergeline and she was great in every way. She recommended I have my front brake pads replaced, but only after having a mechanic inspect them and find they were down to "2." I mentioned that the passenger air bag light was on, but I didn't want to spend the money on diagnostics and she had the mechanic find the problem for FREE! This was great! I also got a very nice senior discount (I just turned 60) which I totally appreciated. Throughout all of it, Marcia was never pushy and always trying to find ways to go the extra mile. More
Looking for a 2010 corolla, I had E-mailed several dealerships in the Atlanta area and none of the other dealerships could compete with the price World Toyota quoted me. I scheduled delivery between dealerships in the Atlanta area and none of the other dealerships could compete with the price World Toyota quoted me. I scheduled delivery between 2pm – 3pm. I got there right at 2pm and the car was out front taking up two parking spaces to ensure it was safe from other cars. Chandra Mayo (sales consultant) meets me at the front door. She went over the features of the car in very detail. We drove off the lot to get a full tank of gas; Toyota pays for. From the gas station, I got to test drive the corolla on back roads and high speeds on I-285. Returning to the dealership, Mayo had the car detailed while we finalized the paperwork. Process was very efficient. Out the door in no more than two hours! Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The price I was quoted out the door was the actual price I paid when I walked out the door with keys in hand. More
I must say that my experience with World Toyota was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. I came in one night after work just before closing and looked around the lot. What I liked about Roy was that he was a genuinely nice person and extremely knowledgeable. He was a real pleasure to work with. After I looked around the lot for a little while, Roy invited me back to the new owner's dinner the following Thursday. The dinner was nice, I test drove 2 cars, a 2011 Camry SE and the last 2010 Camry LE (fully loaded) on the lot. The SE was great but the deal I was offered on the 2010 LE was too good to pass up. I came back on the following Monday to hammer out the final details with Roy. World Toyota worked with me on my trade-in and got me more money. I also got 0% financing for 60 months and free maintenance for 3 years! I had a very memorable experience and will definitely come back to World Toyota for my next car. Thank you More
