We live in Dallas GA, about 40 miles one-way to World Toyota. When we arrived to look at a used certified 2006 Sienna LE (found at toyotacertified.com), Hasan met us in the parking lot and let us know it Toyota. We went back to just look at the new vans, but were not ready to spend that much on a van. Someone mentioned to Hasan that there was a 2007 with 27,000 miles, so he went and found it. It was the color my wife wanted. We purchased the Sienna that day with the help of Will (in Financing). The financing process was very simple and not drawn out, straight to the point. We liked that. When we drove it home, we discovered that the bumper had been hit and "repainted" (use of that term is very loose). We brought it back over a couple of days later to show Josh. Josh brought Tony out to look at it. Tony drove it over to the Collision Center and they inspected it. They asked that we bring it back and leave it for a few days. On Monday of this week my wife brought it in was provided with a loaner vehicle. My wife worked with Brett and Becky at the Collision. When we returned on Thursday evening to pick it up, we were in and out of the Collision Center within 10 minutes, it was very pleasant, and not to mention the van bumper looked great! My wife is extremely pleased with her new van. We had visited 2 other Toyota Dealerships (one of which I would not return to) and we could have gone to 3 other dealerships that were closer, but we ended up at World Toyota. This van is our 4th Toyota (2 Camrys and 2 Siennas) and we are going back on Sunday afternoon to look at trading our 2004 Camry for a 2011 Camry, our 5th. Kara was a ray of sunshine even with the lateness of the day. She worked very patiently with my husband who is not always the easiest to please.
