Along with the reason I was servicing the car, they checked the car for posible problems and gave me a written report on the status of items like condition of brakes. Any additional work deemed appropriate, options and costs are fully explained prior to any work. The car was ready when they said. No hidden charges, no work not requested/approved. Along with the service on for two Toyotas, we have purchased a car from World Toyota Scion and had body work done in their collision shop. Simple decision - friendly service, extremely high quality of all workmanship at a fair and reasonable cost. More
