Recently (4-5 months ago) the primary service manager, Brian Murray, that has worked with me for years received a promotion and moved to another location. Brian had always ensured that I received excellent service; although happy for his career progression, I had some hesitation about starting over with someone new. WELL! To my amazement, I had the pleasure of working with Map Mouth and not only did he give me the reassurance that I needed regarding my ongoing 2000 Solora service, he exceeded my initial expectations. He reviewed my vehicle history with me and made the appropriate recommendations; he acquired a rental and requested a backup number for me in case any additional approval would be required. When I returned for my vehicle, Mr. Mouth reviewed the service that had been performed and educated me what to expect for the next service. My vehicle was washed, vacuumed, and brought to me in a warm and dry area. Thanks again Map for the excellent service, reassurance and continued confidence in World Toyota. More

Recently, I went to World Toyota & I went to pick-up my 2008 Toyota Corolla that was being serviced but, I ended up trading it in for a 2011 RAV4 of which I am extremely pleased with. My sales associate was "Mayo" I worked with Mayo in the past & it was a no brainer to work with her again. Mayo is friendly, understanding, attentive, and most of all patient. Mayo has a no pressure sales approach & she's great at listening to your needs & wants; subsequently, she creates a deal that is tailored to your personal situation. I was pleased with all my purchases from Mayo & World Toyota, I will continue to be a loyal customer. Any one that goes to see Mayo & World Toyota can rest assured that they are getting the best deal & the best consumer product on the market. You can't beat the best! More
I came to World Toyota very upset about a car that I recently purchased from another Toyota dealership. I called World Toyota before I actually came to the dealership and spoke to Rod Sanderson (Sales M recently purchased from another Toyota dealership. I called World Toyota before I actually came to the dealership and spoke to Rod Sanderson (Sales Mgr). He listened patiently to my situation and welcomed me to come out to World Toyota. When I arrived at the dealership, Roy Samuel(Sales Consultant) greeted me and took me under his wing. I was able to purchase a 2011 Toyota and trade in the other vehicle that I was unhappy with. Both Rod and Roy provided excellent customer service! I really appreciate that. Both guys went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend them both. :-) More

Brian (service rep) kept me aware of the status of my car. It needed new brakes and that is typically a 4 hour plus effort and yet my car was ready earlier than expected! After having two disgruntling experiences at two different Toyota dealerships we approached World Toyota with some trepidation. Would this be like every other experience we had? Would another desper different Toyota dealerships we approached World Toyota with some trepidation. Would this be like every other experience we had? Would another desperate car salesman try everything under the sun to force us to walk out with a car that day? The answer was no. Roy Samuel our salesman was as pleasant as possible. Not only did he listen to us, he assessed our needs as well as our price range. The best part was he did not pressure us at all. It shows how far a genuine spirit can go as opposed to strong arming a customer. Thanks to Roy's guidance we ended up buying a 2010 Camry that was three years newer, lower in mileage, and four thousand dollars less than what they were trying to sell us at Toyota Mall of Georgia! I can't reccommend these guys enough! More
