Once in a while, if you are lucky, you encounter someone so outstanding at his or her job that you could imagine trying to hire that person away if you had your own business, especially a competing business so outstanding at his or her job that you could imagine trying to hire that person away if you had your own business, especially a competing business! In my experience, World Toyota salesperson Chandra Mayo performed at that level. Ms. Mayo was polished at greeting me, listening to me, and applying her solid knowledge of the product and the business to help me decide if I would consider buying a Toyota from her. Always responsive to my interests, she was excellent at demonstrating the features of the cars. As a negotiator, Ms. Mayo was tough but skilled. Neither aloof nor pushy, she listened first, then tirelessly explored ways of satisfying both her employer and her customer. Like many people, I do not list car shopping among my favorite activities. But thanks to Ms. Mayo’s pleasant, professional persistence, I ultimately was able to buy a new car from her and World Toyota that I am very pleased to own. As promised, she also saw to it that the minor modifications to the car that I had requested were executed to my complete satisfaction. More

I recently took my Tundra in for routine service. I was promptly greeted as I drove into the service center and was immediately taken care of. My Service Advisor, Rachel Saparow, took care of me by explai promptly greeted as I drove into the service center and was immediately taken care of. I left for work and a few hours later I received an e-mail updating me on the status of my truck. A few hours after that, Rachel informed me that my truck was finished and ready for pick up. My biggest pet peeve with service departments is not getting updated during the repair process. Rachel kept me informed, which gets high marks in my book. I have been trading with this dealership since 2007. I can honestly say I have not had one bad experience in their service department. These folks are knowledgeable and professional. I can tell you buying a car from World Toyota, you got to I can tell you buying a car from World Toyota, you got to go and ask for Kara Stokes, she is by far the best car sales person I have seen, she made I can tell you buying a car from World Toyota, you got to go and ask for Kara Stokes, she is by far the best car sales person I have seen, she made is simple, easy and no pressure. Here willingness, patience and extremely friendly nature helped us get thru some of the tough discussions on price negotiations & confusion we had (no fault of hers). My daughter (8 yrs) took on to Kara so much that she keeps asking me to take her to the dealership to meet with Kara once in a while. The difference I see with World Toyota and the rest of the dealers shopping for my Prius (and I went to 5 different dealers in Atlanta) is these guys are very accommodating and everyone is patient. I can see these guys having a passion for customer satisfaction and a genuine care. World Toyota GM (Mr Jack Brennan) meets with everyone who buys the car and appreciate the business, that is quite different from what I saw with few of the other Toyota dealers who didn't care for my business and rest of the car's I have purchased in the past.
