I called World Toyota to make an appointment for 25K mile checkup. I asked the price of the service and Daniel Joffe checked my records and noted that I had previously had an alignment done and probably did checkup. He quoted me a price for the service. I brought the car in the night before my appointment- it was 5PM, Daniel was on the phone, graciously helping a customer who had many questions. He did not attempt to cut the customer off even tho he said he was leaving to go home. Then he talked w/me about my service, what they would do and that they would also wash and clean my car/no charge. He was ready to go, but I never felt hurried. Great customer care. I picked up my car the following day. Daniel was not there. I told the cashier to please let Daniel know how impressed I was...not only did he help me get the best service at the best price, but the price was even lower than he had quoted me. The car was immaculate - I have been in many service garages in the past as I've lived in Atlanta and this area for 40 yrs. This was by far the best service I have ever received. Upon arrival for service I was greeted by Stephen Raymond, who opened my door and asked what he could do for me. I told him I was there for an oil change. He then found out we were in the market for an additional Toyota because we have had such an excellent experience with our 2005 4-Runner. He walked me over to the showroom and introduced me to a salesman who proceeded to show me the new models available. My car was ready when I returned and I found it washed and sparkling. I live 15 or more miles from this dealership but continue to use them exclusively for service because I can count on excellent/superior customer service and care for my car. We will purchase another Toyota from World Toyota because we know we will get a very competitive price and excellent service department to service our car. More

From the minute that I pulled into the dealership Stephen helped assess what was needed and made me feel comfortable with the work being done. This is a first class dealership. The customer service is impecable and the staff from top to bottom has an outstanding adherence to the highest standards of customer service. We went in on a Saturday and three days later we had a brand new Venza. It was done graciously, without rancor, and this dealer makes it a pleasure to buy a car. No buyer's remorse experienced whatsoever. Don't wish to sound snobby but the experience and treatment you get at World Toyota in Atlanta is something you'd expect only from a Mercedes, BMW, Audi, or Lexus level of dealership. I would go further to say that the experience at World is even superior to those mentioned because they do it with open, direct,and honest communication and interaction (not just customer service polish). Our other car is an Audi. We may replace that one with another Toyota from World. More

The courtesy & genuine concern of ALL the employees, their thoroughness in every aspect of making our purchase, and their follow-thru afterward are unequalled by any other retail business we know. WORLD TOYOTA does not just sell, they provide SERVICE to their customers. We have always taken our 2004 Solara to the Service Dept and it still runs and looks like NEW (thanks Steven). On February 18 2009, I assisted my Grand-Daughter in arranging for replacement of her transmission, 1997 Toyoto Camery, at World Toyoto Atlanta, Georgia. Since I live in Wisconsin, it was necessary to arrange for the repair by phone. My experience was very positive. The service advisor, Mr. Map Mouth was extremely courteous, very knowlegable, and comunicated with me long distance, several times, in a timely manner. I woud rate my experience a 5 out of 5. More
