I stopped in for my 10000 mile service without an appointment and was met immediately by HeeSoo. He informed me it would be an hour and a half when I requested a car wash as well. 45 minutes later I appointment and was met immediately by HeeSoo. My recent visit with World Toyota was wonderful as always. My service rep steven did an excellent job. I knew what I wanted and I told him.
