During the 51 years that I have purchased cars, I have generally disliked the experience because of the culture of many dealerships and sales people to excessively oversell. This was not the case at World Toyota. The management has clearly instilled a different culture that emphasizes knowledge of the product and understanding what the customer wants and can afford, rather than what is on the lot and how much can the dealer get for it almost regardless of the customer. I compliment this dealership and its personnel, particularly the sales consultant with whom I premarily dealt, and I would recommend World Toyota to a friend and feel comfortable that the service I received would be duplicated with another customer. Tony Caraballo, General Sales Manager is one of kindess, caring, honest and honable men I have met and proud to do business with. He's reassuring and upfront. No games!!! This man is a blessing from God!!! An Angel that was sent by the Master Himself to shed light and hope a be a blessing not just to me but masses that cross his path each and everyday. I brought my first Camry last November and went in to get my car serviced yesterday and ended up in a 2012 Camry. Tony helped me with both deals. I had the same experience with him yesterday as I did the first time I walked into World Toyota. Only negative I have is the amount of time we spent at the dealership. We had an agreed upon price for a new vehicle before we arrived and had the finance work all done prior to our arrival also and stil the dealership.
