The sales experience was rather what I would expect from a car dealership, if slightly less pushy. When it came time to talk finance and available extras, I felt INTENSELY pressured. As it was, the car was in the uppermost limits of what I could afford, and though I communicated this more than once, the Finance Director (he of the many-ringed fingers!), continued to push me to buy extras. I am quite satisfied with the vehicle overall, but I wish they'd tell that guy to tone it down a bit! More

Our visit to World Toyota was the first place we went when we started shopping for a minivan. I could not believe how wonderful the experience was, from the perfect customer service provided by Roy Samue when we started shopping for a minivan. Roy not only answered all of our questions, he gave us information that I'd never expected a dealer to tell us. He was respectful and honest, never pushy or ambivalent about our questions and concerns. I left the dealership wishing that I could have purchased a van during that visit, but wanted to shop around like I've always heard to do when buying a car. Visiting two more dealerships proved even more that World Toyota has superior customer care and makes other dealerships pale in comparison. It has been one week since our visit to all the dealerships, and World Toyota is the ONLY place that has not harassed me with multiple phone calls, pushing me to come back as soon as possible. The car that we came to look at that was fully loaded and another car that she showed us same model in comparison the price was less she was not aggressive about trying to get us to buy the fully loaded car that would cost more and to me that really said a lot about her character and that she was truly interested in us and what would work best for us. We purchase a 09 Toyota Venza and I love it!!! The staff was wonderful as well. I will definitely be referring her and the dealership to friends and family. We had intended to drive and hopefully purchase a used Prius 2 that we'd seen online, however, it was already gone by the time we got there. She was very informative and had a low-key, honest, friendly approach, which we very much appreciated. She was really terrific! The new car in stock that was closest in price to the used one we were prepared to buy, was not the color we preferred. But a color match was available at a higher price. We negotiated an equitable price in a no-pressure manner and walked away with a new Prius 2 -- Happy New Year to us! It was a long day, but not stressful. We were introduced to the Service Department, and Ms. Mayo scheduled our first visit with them. We worked with Mr. Carson, Business Manager, who walked us through the paperwork details efficiently. He clearly explained various additional services we could purchase, but did not pressure us into buying anything we didn't want. We also met the General Manager, Jack Brennan.
