Two weeks ago we traded a VW for a 2012 Tacoma truck. We went to World Toyota because they had the exact truck we were looking for, not because of any ratings or research. I frankly dislike dealing for cars and figured I'd find the right truck and put up with the whole sales thing to get the job done. I still had a bad taste in my mouth from purchasing our last car. From our first contact at the dealership we have had a great experience. The sales person, the business office, and all of the follow-up have exceded expectations. More than anything, I felt that they respected our time and didn't feel the need to run us through the three ring circus atmosphere some places employ. This was our first Toyota. We are very pleased with the product and plan on returning to World Toyota when it's time to replace our second vehicle. More
I loathed car shopping and the tactics used by many car salesmen, that is why I bought my last two cars through a purchasing service at my bank. Therefore I was quite pleasantly surprised by my experience last week when I visited World Toyota in Atlanta. Originally, I just planned to check out my options (I was leaning towards a 2013 Altima, anyway). I was received by Roy Samuel, who is the antithesis of my previous image of a car salesman. He was not only friendly (which one would expect), but thoughtful, frank and overall most helpful. With the information he patiently provided, I was able to work out my decision tree, and 'voila', I am now the happy owner of a 2012 Camry LE. What's more, Roy's assistance did not stop at my signing the papers (and checks) with the manager. He gave detailed advices on the best path to get my new tag and license plate from the semi-functional GA DMV office, and even helped to set up my first sevice appointment with his trusted service advisor/manager, hopefully some 5000 miles from now. Since the purchase last week, I have called on Roy to help with additional purchase of a protection plan. He again came through with prompt and friendly help in tracking down the manager who did the paperwork. If anyone is looking to buy a Toyota in the Atlanta area, I would strongly recommend you to talk to Roy first. Even if you are looking for a Honda, an Altima or whatever, talk to Roy anyway. You may end up with a Camry, just like me. More
On May 16, 2012, I had one of the most pleasurable experiences with World Toyota Scion Service Department. Last week, I scheduled an appointment for 7:00pm for oil change and tire rotation. Of course I arrived early and expected to spend the rest of the evening in the visitor lounge. I came prepared with all my belongings and settled down to began reviewing the items I brought with me. Approximately an hour and a half later Dumas approached me and stated that my vehicle was ready. At first I thought he was joking, and said to him, "Are you serious?" and he replied with a charismatic smile and firm soft tone, "Yes, I'm serious". Not only was my vehicle ready but, this young man took the time to have my vehicle wash and shining, looking like it was on the first day of purchased. I was so touched by this warm and inviting department, I had to let you know about my wonderful experience. As a Disable Veteran, I'm unable to wash my vehicle and often it expensive to have it detail but your outstanding caring staff took the time to clean my vehicle in addition to rotating my tires and an oil change, all completed within an hour and a half. I was so thrill. If there is any way this can be share with the rest of the Staff, please do so because this young man deserves it. Also, if you have any type of award that can be administered to him, I recommend that he receives it as well. Kudos to you Dumas----THANK YOU FOR A JOB ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! More
I recently bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla and my Sales person Roy was fantastic. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was very courteous. He was very professional and I wish all sales reps were like him. He also followed up with me after my purchase to make sure everything was ok and I thought that was awesome. Roy did an excellent job servicing me and I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about buying a car from World Toyota. More

After reading the amazing reviews of World Toyota on this website, I decided to give them a call regarding a new Toyota Sienna. The associates I spoke to (who I choose not to name) were always very friendly website, I decided to give them a call regarding a new Toyota Sienna. The associates I spoke to (who I choose not to name) were always very friendly and accommodating on the phone. Unfortunately, that was where the courtesy ended. After telling me they would get back to me with some numbers, I would never receive a call back telling me one way or the other. This went on for 9 days- I never received return calls with the information I requested. I would keep calling every other day and would talk to a different person each time and would have to explain my situation to them again each time I called. This was quite frustrating. I even had associates say they would call back at a certain time- and they never called. Even after eventually voicing to them that I was somewhat frustrated because no one would ever call back, they said they would have someone more knowledgeable call me back within 15 minutes. Did anyone call me back? No. Not just after the 15 minutes they had told me, but not at all. No call. I live in Alabama and made it very clear that I was willing to drive the 7 hour roundtrip to do business with them so that I could have a good buying experience. You would think that a dealership would then try even harder to earn your business; but unfortunately, the opposite happened. By comparison, I also called Nalley Toyota (located a few miles north of World Toyota). Their sales associate gave me as much information as she could on our first call and said she wanted to have a sales manager call me to confirm some numbers so that I would not waste my time driving to Atlanta for nothing. Less than 15 minutes after our first phone call, not one, but two sales managers called me within a couple minutes of each other to verify the quote for me. I wound up driving to Nalley the next day and purchasing the Sienna from them (at an amazing price, I might add). I was hoping to have a good experience with World Toyota. Unfortunately for me it was nothing like this site’s reviews suggested. I am not naming the associates I dealt with because I have no interest in having their management reprimand them. These associates were always nice on the phone, but there was absolutely zero follow-through. Hopefully they can improve on this. More
Words can't describe how great my experience was at World Toyota. It's really the people there that make you feel like you're more than just a sale or number. Chris Nguyen's knowledge of cars exceeded my expectations and his sense of humor puts you totally at ease when shopping for a new car. Chris and July (one of the finance managers) are soooo patient and really try to work with you to get you what you want at the price you want. The best part is NO PRESSURE at all! I've seen and heard of all kinds of dealerships (even other Toyota dealerships) pressuring you to add on warranties, trying to talk you into upgrades you don't want or need, etc. but these guys are a totally different story. I usually never write reviews for anything, but seriously go to World Toyota on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard! You won't regret it! More

I had a very pleasant experience and the utmost pleasure dealing with Roy Samuel for the purchase of my Lexus HS. Initially when I walked into World Toyota, I was somewhat nervous of trading in my vehicle t dealing with Roy Samuel for the purchase of my Lexus HS. Initially when I walked into World Toyota, I was somewhat nervous of trading in my vehicle to make the purchase of a newer vehicle for I wasn’t sure I would get a fair deal and my money’s worth, but Roy made me feel very comfortable by demonstrating courtesy, respect and professionalism. He answered all my questions precisely and even went as far as providing me with information that I would not have expected from a dealer, which helped ease the tension of the vehicle purchase process. It’s been two weeks now since the purchase of my vehicle at World Toyota, I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with the transaction and my vehicle. Roy checks in on me to ensure that I’m satisfied with my vehicle. He also sends me service coupons. So if you’re looking for a dealer who’s honest, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and would not pressure you, but rather make you feel at ease with your vehicle purchase transaction, then I highly recommend Roy Samuel. He would make the purchase process, a very rewarding experience. More
I have been a customer of World Toyota since 2008 when I leased my first Camry for 3 years. I had excellent service from Muhammad and he also made a real impression on me as a genuinely nice guy who I was g leased my first Camry for 3 years. Throughout my 3 year lease, I had nothing but great service and continually encountered friendly, pleasant people at the service dept when I visited it, and as my lease slowly came to an end, I decided to talk to Muhammad again. Once again, he made it such a pleasure to do business with that I literally leased another 3-year Camry again (I've never had the same car twice before). He is a pleasure to deal with, nothing but professional from start to finish, funny and just downright nice. I feel confident working with him that he's helping me get the best deal he can and not just in it for himself. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and all of the people I've encountered there have been incredibly friendly and professional. I also give a shout out to G in finance because he was, like everyone else, really easy to work with and really nice! Unlike most car dealerships, I definitely felt like I could walk away if I wanted to (not overly pressuring or sales-y) but the difference was that I didn't want to walk away because I actually wanted to give them my business. Great dealership; great experience! More
