Roy was very helpful and patient. He is an intelligent and knowledgeable rep. Called me back when he was off. I would recommend Roy to my friends who are serious about purchasing a vehicle. and knowledgeable rep. Called me back when he was off. Your continued honesty about what is REALLY wrong with my car, instead of making up problems I can't see or know about is what has kept me coming back for over a decade now. This time, I had a potential seal car, instead of making up problems I can't see or know about is what has kept me coming back for over a decade now. This time, I had a potential seal/gasket leak. It does produce a hot oil smell fairly often. Replacing the seals would have led to over a thousand dollars worth of other preventative repairs since they were "already in there"; and the technician and my service rep said the leak was not enough to be a concern just yet. They cleaned everything up and said they would take another look next time to see if it gets worse and then re-evaluate it. There's not another service dealership in GA that would have done that. Thanks More
The first person I spoke with when going to look at the new 2012 Prius IV, was actually Mike Fisers. He was very kind and helpful in getting the process started. My overall experience was fantastic. The people at World Toyota were very willing to work with me to make sure I walked away with the vehicle I came to buy that day. Toyota were very willing to work with me to make sure I walked away with the vehicle I came to buy that day. More

I had just picked up my car from the service department and suggested to my husband that we look at some of the used cars on the lot. We found one we liked and Larry came out to help us. He knew the car and suggested to my husband that we look at some of the used cars on the lot. We found one we liked and Larry came out to help us. He knew the car and the features and gave us a thorough walk-through. He compared it to the other similar used cars and helped us make an informed decision about which one was right for us. We settled on the the one we liked at first and felt good about our decision. Larry was super. The buying experience was easy and enjoyable. We worked with G. in the finance area. He was efficient and informative. An overall positive experience and a great price on the car. We drive all the way from Decatur to do business with World Toyota. They always exceed our expectations. We highly recommend them for sales and service! More
*** Update: World Toyota has addressed my concerns and has worked with me to make me happy.*** I brought my Scion tC to World Toyota to have warranty work done on my engine and was very upset with the has worked with me to make me happy.*** I brought my Scion tC to World Toyota to have warranty work done on my engine and was very upset with the service I received. Although World Toyota is not the closest Toyota dealership to my house I chose them because of the good reviews they had on Google and because it's where I purchased my car. Everything went smoothly until it was time for me to pick up my car. The first time I was called and told that everything was ready to go I drove all the way down from Marietta to pick up my car and before I even left the parking lot I started having problems. I returned my car to the service department and informed my service advisor that the brakes were acting strange and the ABS light had come on. I asked him if they had taken it for a test drive and he assured me they did. He told me they would check it out and fix whatever was wrong. Before I left I made sure to write down the mileage for reference. The next day I received a call from my service advisor stating that the problem had been fixed and I could return once again from Marietta to pick up my car. I asked the advisor what had happened and he told me they must have forgotten a pin when reattaching the axle causing the antilock brakes to malfunction. This frightened me. I also asked the advisor if the car had been test driven this time and he, once again, assured me it had. I checked the mileage and it was exactly the same as when I had dropped it off. I brought this to his attention and he was speechless. I told him that I did not feel comfortable taking the car home and he promised me that everything would be fine and told me that I have a 1 year warranty so there are no worries. I decided to take my car home in hopes that everything would be ok. When I arrived at home I took another look at the engine and noticed a random part was just sitting in the engine compartment. I then contacted the manager and explained the situation and the problems I have had. He told me to bring the car back down to the shop and they would have the master tech look at it and see where the part needed to go and also check the entire engine over to make sure that nothing was wrong. After the Memorial Day weekend my service advisor called me and told me everything was ready to go. I came to pick it up and met with the manager, Daniel, who went through everything with me. I accepted the car and took it home. My experience with World Toyota service department was very frustrating. I do not feel like that is the type of service you should expect when going to a Toyota dealership. Due to all of the problems I was having I had to cancel my vacation to Florida for Memorial Day. Also, one out of the three rental cars I was given had no air conditioning. I will never have my car serviced here again and do not recommend it to anyone else. More

Two weeks ago we traded a VW for a 2012 Tacoma truck. We went to World Toyota because they had the exact truck we were looking for, not because of any ratings or research. I frankly dislike dealing for car went to World Toyota because they had the exact truck we were looking for, not because of any ratings or research. I frankly dislike dealing for cars and figured I'd find the right truck and put up with the whole sales thing to get the job done. I still had a bad taste in my mouth from purchasing our last car. From our first contact at the dealership we have had a great experience. The sales person, the business office, and all of the follow-up have exceded expectations. More than anything, I felt that they respected our time and didn't feel the need to run us through the three ring circus atmosphere some places employ. This was our first Toyota. We are very pleased with the product and plan on returning to World Toyota when it's time to replace our second vehicle. More
I loathed car shopping and the tactics used by many car salesmen, that is why I bought my last two cars through a purchasing service at my bank. Therefore I was quite pleasantly surprised by my experience salesmen, that is why I bought my last two cars through a purchasing service at my bank. Therefore I was quite pleasantly surprised by my experience last week when I visited World Toyota in Atlanta. Originally, I just planned to check out my options (I was leaning towards a 2013 Altima, anyway). I was received by Roy Samuel, who is the antithesis of my previous image of a car salesman. He was not only friendly (which one would expect), but thoughtful, frank and overall most helpful. With the information he patiently provided, I was able to work out my decision tree, and 'voila', I am now the happy owner of a 2012 Camry LE. What's more, Roy's assistance did not stop at my signing the papers (and checks) with the manager. He gave detailed advices on the best path to get my new tag and license plate from the semi-functional GA DMV office, and even helped to set up my first sevice appointment with his trusted service advisor/manager, hopefully some 5000 miles from now. Since the purchase last week, I have called on Roy to help with additional purchase of a protection plan. He again came through with prompt and friendly help in tracking down the manager who did the paperwork. If anyone is looking to buy a Toyota in the Atlanta area, I would strongly recommend you to talk to Roy first. Even if you are looking for a Honda, an Altima or whatever, talk to Roy anyway. You may end up with a Camry, just like me. More
