I shopped specifically for RAV4 Toyotas on Edmunds.com. I visited World Toyota, which had a RAV4 that I wanted at a price that was acceptable based on comparisons I had done on Edmunds.com. The original estimated service time was 1.5 to 2.0 hours I mentioned that the 2 hours would not be very good as I had to get to work and would hope for the 1.5 hours ... I had to work on the price of my car being fixed, but in the end I was happy with the work and how I was treated. I normally come to Toyota for regular maintenance on my 4runner, so I would rather have them the end I was happy with the work and how I was treated. We would like to Compliment World Toyota and Tim Campbell for his EXCELLENT customer service yesterday. He was polite, kind, competent, and exceedingly helpful. He went above and beyond in helping us with se for his EXCELLENT customer service yesterday. He was polite, kind, competent, and exceedingly helpful. He went above and beyond in helping us with several little problems - the CD player, the adjustable steering wheel, and programming my new phone - all with a great deal of patience before our maintenance appointment. We live 20 miles away and could easily take our Avalon to the dealership nearby, but Tim Campbell is the reason we will drive the extra distance to World Toyota for service. Beginning with Larry Russell, our salesman, our interactions with World Toyota have been outstanding and always very positive! More

We had a very nice experience working with our sales agent Mr. Roy Samuel, he was extremely helpful, caring, honest but above all he went beyond the call of duty to help us on the negotiation and trying to find the best creditor that would give us the best rate. Roy and his team really worked on helping us get the best out of our purchase and stay on budget. Roy was so excited and had so much faith that even before we were approve he went off got the car detail and filled the gas tank, because he was certain that we where going to walk out of there with the car. Everyone seemed very patient and exceptionally nice with our kids since we had to take them with us. From offering them popcorn to even getting the chicken nuggets for dinner, that to me is a caring team. We would absolute recommend World Toyota Scion. More

The whole world toyota team has been great and reliable, but Daniel Joffe (service manager) really has outstanding customer service. Coming here is a comfortable feeling and I dont feel like I will get hit but Daniel Joffe (service manager) really has outstanding customer service. Coming here is a comfortable feeling and I dont feel like I will get hit with a bunch of extra fee's and hidden charges, if anything they try to keep my cost always to a minimal. My experience at World Toyota was wonderful! I have already been a long-time customer of the dealer's service department since I've taken my 2003 Camry there for service since I purchased it new at ano already been a long-time customer of the dealer's service department since I've taken my 2003 Camry there for service since I purchased it new at another dealer. I had to purchase a different car due to my last Camry being totaled during a car accident. I had actually never been in the Sales center of World Toyota because I always only visited the service department. On the day that I decided to go to World Toyota I was sort of dreading the whole car buying experience because I had made up in my mind that I would be hard pressured into buying a car on the spot and that was not a good feeling. However, when I arrived at World Toyota I was greeted first by Mr. Roy Samuel a seasoned veteran in the car sales business and I believe he's been with the dealer 6 years. His calm and soft-spoken demeanor immediately put me at ease since I tend to be a bit high-strung. Mr. Samuel was extremely patient and offered his guidance as I tried to decided whether I was going to buy a used car or a new one. I was pretty sure I wanted another Camry though. Mr. Samuel also was very good at "going to bat" for me when it came down to negotiating the price even when my offer seemed outrageous to him. He simply went to the Finance manager and presented the offer. Eventually both the Finance manager and Roy made me feel like I got a fantastic deal and I left the dealership very happy and the experience was a very positive one. I will definitely continue to recommend World Toyota to my friends and family as a great place to do business. I would not take my car to any other dealer in Atlanta. Fred Barias Atlanta, GA More
