We had it towed to World of Toyota on recommendation of State Farm. I am in Savannah so I was having to do everything via phone. My service guy,Dustin, went over and beyond to make the whole repair process painless. He constantly kept me informed as to what was going on, sending pictures etc. It made the whole thing less painful especially not knowing who you are dealing with 4 hours away. He did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I wish he would share some of this customer service knowledge with Chatham Parkway here in Savannah. More
