Noticed a few minutes later water dripping from sunglass storage inside roof. Van was then parked in driveway for one week, and mold exploded thru interior. Spent 3 hours on the phone trying to find someone to fix. Leak repair places would repair a leak but not deal with mold nor headliner (interior of roof). Collision places would fix roof interior, but not leaks or mold. Mold places only dealt with buildings not vans. Other dealer said they could replace roof interior, but would send out for leak repair, and that I’d have to find a 3rd place to address mold. Finally reached Terry Allen. He said to bring it in and they’d help as best they could. In the end, involved removing/inspecting roof interior, removing/reinstalling all carpet (water was found forced in at back lift gate), doing an interior treatment when the air system smelled even after filter & carpet replacement, and coordinating an insurance claim. My young daughter has asthma, and the van was critical to transport my son’s wheelchair. Terry restored an 8 year old van that we would not have been able to safely use to a condition better than it used to be, including finding out from vendors how they addressed mold. P.S. the van had what amounted to a fire hose aimed at it, so the water entry was not due to a design failure. Summary: Best customer experience I’ve had with a vehicle since I started driving 30 years ago. More

I was a first time car purchaser, looking to finance a new vehicle, and had recently graduated college. I was apprehensive about purchasing a new vehicle because of previous bad experiences and I did not want to end up paying more than what I could afford. Hasan took great care of me and made sure everything was excellent from the first conversation that I had with him on the phone to after my purchase. He made sure that I was satisfied and comfortable every step of the way. The Sales Manager, Jose, was also just as kind and helpful. It is refreshing to step into a car dealership that holds very high standards and morals. Lastly, I also worked with July who provided equally polite and provided a very transparent transaction. He made sure I fully understood exactly where my money was going and laid out all of the options. He was very helpful and made sure I received the best attention and care. This is exactly how going to purchase a new car should be, because it is exciting but at the same time you don't want to walk away regretful and wondering did I get a good deal or did I get pressured into something that ended up different from what it appeared to be. If you want comfort and transparency and the best deals, you should come to World Toyota. More

After a long day and a noise in my car I decided to have my car checked. Mr. Mosley approached me and I explained my issue. He immediately checked my oil which I must say I have never seen before. He explained that the wait may be 2 hours and I accepted. He was very caring, informative and made me feel the true importance of my role as the customer. In the middle of the wait I was given an update, which I appreciated immensely. After 2 hours he explained the steps needed to diagnose my issue and gave me a complimentary oil change for the wait and to moniter the problem. Although I need work done on my vehicle I felt a sense of pride and appreciation for visiting this dealership. Thanks Mr. Mosley for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! More

I purchased a certified pre-owned Toyota 4Runner. My Salesman was Bob Sankey. Bob was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Bob also gave me call on Saturday which was three days after the purchase to make sure everything was OK with the vehicle. I was very impressed by that. I can only compare this visit to CarMax and this was a better experience. In terms of customer service it was BETTER then I thought it would be. I had a good time driving the car and discussing its options with Larry Russell (sales consultant). He was honest, very patient, friendly, and didn't pressure me at all (definite plus because I don't like to be forced into a purchase). I did like that the Toyota website already gave me access to the carfax report (transparency is a plus :). Though every car buying experience involves negotiating, at the end I didn't feel like overpaid. Customer Service, Financing Courtney Donaldson was the business manager I worked with when it came to the paperwork. He was clear, organized and concise. So so happy about that, I can't stand confusion and disorganization when it comes to handling my money. Customer Service, Service dept I had to get a part fixed on my car door and at first I was beginning to get upset with the service dept. They had the wrong part but didn't tell me until I arrived to get the car fixed. However, Quincy Mosley (assistant service manager) was very apologetic and took accountability for the delay. He focused in on getting my part ordered and delivered so that I only had to wait a day to get the car back. So I appreciate the effort on his part. More

We walked in knowing that we wanted to lease a new car, but weren't sure about which model: Camry, Corolla, or Prius. It was a Saturday afternoon, about 4:00, and the dealership was really busy, but Kelly did a super job of walking our paperwork through as quickly as possible. We had a great car buying experience and were helped by Stacey. We had gone to a different Atlanta based Toyota dealership first, and were told that the ad that other dealership had in the paper was a mis Stacey. The otehr dealer said that the van in their ad didn't exist or exist at that price. We drove to World Scion even though it was farther away. They had so many customers. We told Stacey what had happened and about the advertised prices. The World Scion prices were every day lowest price and good value with no gimmicks. Stacey even delivered the car to us at no extra charge. If you go to this dealership, ask for him. More
