Just from the welcome I could tell this experience would be unlike any other as we had had several negative experiences at other dealerships around Atlanta. Once inside, Mr. Bryan asked us several questions about why we chose the car we did. We answered and he promptly went and got the key for us to experience a test drive. We knew we wanted the car, but Mr. Bryan's attitude toward us made the experience completely enjoyable. He was patient and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. There wasn't one point during our experience that he tried to force anything on us. He wanted us to get the best deal possible for us and that is precisely what we got. My wife is absolutely in love with her new car and I'm just as thrilled. Mr. Jim Miskell assisted us with the paperwork. We could tell he had lots of experience and we got the deal done very quickly. Thank you sir for your help. I would recommend World Toyota to anyone as they obviously have the best prices in town and none of the other ridiculous fees like everyone else. His business manager did not allow the banks to tell him no. He tried to finance the car in a number of ways, to figure out which was going to be the best option for us. The several people that we worked with were willing to jump through hoops and fight all the odds to get us in the car of our dreams. Honestly, we knew that they would do anything in their power to send us home in a car, because my in-laws had previously dealt with, and drove a car home from, World Toyota. In any instance we are car shopping again, we will begin and end with Roy Samuel and World Toyota. I gave this dealer a 5 on all topics because the experience was hassle free, informative, and priced right. More
