I visited this dealership to pay off my leased car and finance it. Well, this is a procedure more complicated than buying a new car. My lease term was not finished yet and I wanted to pay off it one year before the end of lease. So it made it more complicated. When I visited this dealership, Roy approached me and welcomed me. Then he went through all processes and checked with all proper people to make sure that we are doing everything in a great way. Everything went on in a very nice way and all employees were very friendly which made my overall experience much more comfortable. Roy did not rush anything and he was very patient to make sure that everything is going in the right direction and I was sure that he completely knows what he does. Then I went through the documentation and money stuff with the help of Hassan. He is a really smart guy and understand you very well. He helped me to make decisions about additional offers which come with a car purchase like extended warranty or gap insurance. I really enjoyed working with this guy and he finally found the best price and APR for me. My credit score was not high but he found a relatively low APR for me which is very important. I also go to this dealership to service my car on the regular schedule and the service department has very experienced employees. In overall I highly recommend this dealership specifically if you want to pay off your leased car and finance it. I had a great experience with these guys. More
Horrible. They say they have no fees and all this bs and then they offer you sticker price on a new car. They say its rare. Its not a Jag people. I would never go here again. They have a department that does nothing but put up fake internet reviews to screw people over. If you do manage a good price god forbid you dont finance with them. They want to eat you alive on finance charges and 600 gap insurance that costs then 199. Then off to the stupidly overpriced warrantees. Don't fall for the bs and run from this dealership. More
Recently we decided to buy a car and dropped by unannounced at world Toyota. We had been there earlier and met Roy so we approached him. In spite of the fact that he already had an appointment in s unannounced at world Toyota. We had been there earlier and met Roy so we approached him. In spite of the fact that he already had an appointment in sometime he entertained us and helped us get a v good car in the budget we had. He understood our requirement and got us what we needed and not just sell off any car. Also it was very nice of him to come down the next day for all the documentation when ideally he was on leave and his father was hospitalized for operation to be performed. He really went out of the way for us and made the whole process v simple. More

I was quoted a service fee of $400-$450 to correct a problem that should have been corrected after I paid $2151.00 to World Toyota. I was promised that the quote would not change by Jack Brennan no matter when I decided to get the service performed. Now that I have just finished paying off the $2151.00 and returned to World Toyota who is now under a new manager, Chris Brown, this quote is not longer good. Chris quotes an additional $275 and states he doesn't know how Jack came up with the previous figure. Well, neither do I? But I guess it's my fault that they didn't note my account or give me something in writing. However, they will note your account with all the additional services they say you need. Don't waste your time or money with the World Toyota Service Dept. Luckily my story doesn't end there. After speaking with the General Manager, David Hart, the same day, World Toyota honored the quote I was given. Mr. Hart really provided excellent customer service. More

I needed a new car but had a different car and car company in mind until my parents convinced me to drive test some Toyota cars. Mr. Roy Samuel was off that day and another sales agent, Mr. Larry Russel took my information and we drive tested a Toyota Prius C, a Toyota Prius and a new 2013 Toyota RAV 4. My parents bought a new 2013 Toyota Prius through Mr. Roy Samuel and they were very happy with the car. I had a chance to drive it for 2 weeks and I fell in love with it. After thinking and taking some more time I decided for a new Toyota Prius for myself. So my Dad arranged for me and him to meet with Mr. Roy Samuel to purchase a new 2013 Toyota Prius. When we came to the dealership and Mr. Roy Samuel found out that Larry Russel was involved in my drive testing, he politely said that by company policy Larry Russel should be our sales agent. He contacted Larry Russel and handed us over to Larry Russel but offered his help to us and Larry Russel if needed. We were impressed with his honesty and respect for company policy. We were happy with Larry Russel during his help in drive testing. He was knowledgeable and answered all questions. So we purchased another new 2013 Toyota Prius. The car is in on my name and my Dad's name and my Dad cosigned for my loan. After purchase I had some issue with my new car. But Mr. Larry Russel quit his job with the dealership. So we contacted Mr. Roy Samuel and he was very gracious to help resolve the issue. My Dad and I requested him to be our customer represemtative. He was happy to do that but had to get permission from the company management and he did.
