Two days back, I stopped by this dealership with my friends looking to buy 2 Toyota Rav 4s. We received very bad service by the above mentioned rep. We were pretty sure what we want so we didn't spend friends looking to buy 2 Toyota Rav 4s. We received very bad service by the above mentioned rep. Toyota Rav 4 is listed for $21600 on their website and we asked him something can be worked under 22k. We also told him that we have quote of $21k-22k from Merietta Toyota. He directly asked us to leave with no courtesy. He said just go there and buy and don't come here. Is this the level of service you expect when you are looking for buying 2 Suv's? I can understand their prices probably wont match with our expectations but there is a way to put things forward in place of directly asking us to leave. In the last year we have bought 5 cars and 1 Rav4 from this location. Last month I spent $700 on services in their store. Last vehicle we bought was a Rav4 in March under 24K out of door price. I am really disappointed with the kind of service we received from a company like Toyota. Japanese people are known all over the world for their courtesy and I hope to at least receive that in a Toyota store. After this experience I emailed my experience to their Sales Manager Craig, but haven't heard anything from him yet. I also emailed them on their feedback form, but no replies yet. More

Great job all the way around. To be honest, Prius technology still scares me a little simply because I have limited experience with it. If I can't trust you all to take care of it I'm going to be in big trouble. Thank you for the job you do. I'm really enjoying my car and, in large part, it's because I trust you to have the know-how to take care of me. It wasn't easy to leave my faithful mechanic of 20+ years and put my trust in you. I went in to have a part installed because of a recall. It was a brake vacuum hose. During a routine oil change, I was notified by my service adviser that there was a recall for my 1997 Avalon.
