Worst Service Experience Went to get service done, drove up to the place and they representative mumbled to me what I needed. Asked him about a certain service and responded with price as if I was not qualified to receive that certain service. Then, it took several hours to get car in return, didnt mention much as to what had been done to the car, just said you need to pay $150 because tire has screw and is not fixable, I said absolutely no! Then he didnt even bring my car to me, he simply said your car is out in the corner you can walk out there! SMH, wish i didnt have to go again to that place but I still have complimentary left for couple more times, wont be getting him for sure ! Toyota is a great place, my parents have had all their cars from there and they should watch out what kind of people they hire to work there. More

I went on a Saturday morning and waited on the car for a couple of hours. After getting my car back, I drove to Duluth to meet a friend and look at a car he was thinking of buying. Driving up I noticed the tires felt like they were a little out of balance as the wheel would shimmy. I figured since the rear tires were now on the front, they were probably a little out of balance and are noticable now that they are on the front. After looking at my friend's car, I drove back to Atlanta and a guy stopped me at a stoplight to tell me it looked like my right front wheel was about to fall off, and there was a bolt stuck in it. Fortunately I was in front of Kaufman Tire so took it there and all my right front lug nuts were loose, and a few had fallen out. I know mistakes happen to anyone, but this could have cost me my life had I been on the interstate headed to Charlotte as I had planned to do. I called the Service Manager to explain what had happened and he was apologetic and offered a free car detail. But all I could imagine was getting my black car back with a bunch of swirl marks, so I said no thank you. The one time I go to that dealer for service and this happens. While that dealer is the closest to me, I will go to another dealer for anything else I need in the future. More
I will no longer get my service at World Toyota. Every time I go in, even 3 weeks later there is additional service recommended. Fixed oil leak 3weeks ago. Back today for AC service. Another oil leak wi time I go in, even 3 weeks later there is additional service recommended. Fixed oil leak 3weeks ago. Back today for AC service. Another oil leak with a AC recommendation of $3 thousand and oil leak charge $1,100. They talk in circles when they make a mistake. Was devoted customer, will spread the word about my bad experiences. More
If I could've given this dealership a negative 5 star I would have. Honestly the most horrific experience I've had at a dealership thus far. I negotiated prices over the phone before going to the dealers I would have. Honestly the most horrific experience I've had at a dealership thus far. I negotiated prices over the phone before going to the dealership because it's a 30-40 min drive from where I live. After much going back and forth, we finally settled on a price. I asked numerous times (probably 10 or more times) if the price was assured and Jeff Tallent, the general sales manager as well as Chris Yawson, the salesmen guaranteed this drive out price. After arriving at the dealership and speaking with Chris, he gives up a price that is $1200 more expensive than what we had agreed on over the phone. I then told Chris that this is not the price we agreed on and had to explain everything that we had just gone over on the phone just a few hours before. So he goes back to the sales managers and discusses the price over again, meanwhile we are left to wait as they endlessly have a debate about the price that was supposed to already be set in stone. We had a better deal awaiting us at another dealership, and that dealership was about to close so we just decided it's taking to long here and they just wasted our time and lied to us about the price so we were going to leave. We said that we'd only wait 5 more min. The 5 min passed and of course, no results so Chris said he'd try again. Meanwhile, we tried to talk to Jeff, the general sales manager that we talked to on the phone. Rudely, he just ignored us and didn't even bother to acknowledge us. Fed up and irritated, we quickly left the dealership to try and get to the other dealership in time before they closed. As we're about to drive off, Chris Clay who is the top sales manager at World Toyota comes and bangs out car window demanding that we give the forms back that we had only half filled out saying he was going to arrest us for theft. Since it had all my personal information on it, I obviously wasn't going to hand it over so I started scribbling out all the information. After telling him that we were lied to and about how much time we had wasted, he said that he really didn't need that form back. All in all, Chris and Jeff promised a deal over the phone that they knew they couldn't fulfill, but decided to lie to us and tell us it'd work just so we would come over to the dealership. After leaving the dealership, I got an email from the other sales manager named Zed Shipley who said that WE were the one's being rude and that there was no way that any dealership could beat their deal. Well guess what..?? 2 hours later..we're driving out with a new car nearly more than a $1000 cheaper than what they offered. DO NOT go to this place if you want to maintain your sanity. More

She made an overarching effort to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The decision to make such a big purchase is tough but I felt no pressure. She was a patient and kind sales person with a rare spirit of genuinnous. A great experience! More
I just purchased a car 2 days ago from World Toyota through Roy Samuel! During the few hours that my husband and I were there, Roy was so helpful and kind to us! He made time to figure out exactly what I wanted and how to get it into our price range! I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with Roy if you are considering buying a Toyota car!! Not only was he very kind, he was also very efficient with his time and we were out of there with my car after a few hours!!!! Roy turned my "car buying experience" into a fun exciting day instead of a long day full of negotiating and prices :) Thank you SO much Roy!!!! More

I went out looking for a Chevrolet Camaro. When I pulled up at the dealership and got out of my car, Roy approached me immediately and asked if I needed help finding anything. I told him I wanted a Camaro a up at the dealership and got out of my car, Roy approached me immediately and asked if I needed help finding anything. I told him I wanted a Camaro and he said, "well we have one". We went over and looked at it and I fell in love with it because it was an "SS". We went inside and went over all the paperwork and then went for a test drive. We got back and to make a long story short I purchased the vehicle. Roy was very helpful, understanding and exemplified a great example of good customer service. I am more than happy with my car thanks to him! More
