Horrible Experience My Son purchased a used 2011 Titan from these folks along with an extended warranty. With in the first week he took the truck back to them because th My Son purchased a used 2011 Titan from these folks along with an extended warranty. With in the first week he took the truck back to them because the engine would smoke when starting and was burning 1 quart of oil each 300 miles. They replaced the PCV Valve and said it was fixed. He took it back 3 times in the first 30 day which were within the 30 day warranty period and the problem was not fixed. They then told him he would need to take it to Nissan for Rings and it would be covered under the Power Train Warranty. After visiting a couple of different Nissan dealers that were to busy to perform the engine work he was told to take the truck to Capital City Nissan ( they are great people by the way) and they would assist him. Three Weeks later the truck repair has been declined by Nissan and the Warranty Company due to Sludge in the engine. World Toyota has DONE NOTHING TO ASSIST WITH THIS!!!! I even had to pay for a rental car so my son could get to work to support his family!!!! After the first 10 days Capital City Stepped up and has provided a vehicle for him to drive....AT NO COST!!! Where have you been World Toyota????? After 3 weeks this truck is still at the Nissan Shop and they are trying to help him out. World has DONE NOTHING!!!! So now I guess I will have to take the steps necessary to help my son with the PIECE OF JUNK THEY SOLD HIM. New or rebuilt motor I guess. Moral of this is....if you are going to do business with World Toyota....Do so at your own RISK!!!! The General Manager I guess told my son that he would buy this truck back but not with a blown engine.....the engine is not blown....so where are you now Mr. GM (David)? Good deal, great salesman! I recently bought a new Corolla from World Toyota and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. My salesman was George and let me tell you he was I recently bought a new Corolla from World Toyota and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. My salesman was George and let me tell you he was great. I ran into a couple of unexpected delays but George was very patient with me and he never gave me a hard time about it. It felt like he was doing his best to get me a good deal and I really appreciated his patience through the whole process. I got the best deal in town and World Toyota and I'm a happy customer. They don't know what they are doing I purchased a 2013 Yaris from this World Toyota on December 27th and was initially pleased with my sales experience, except for the 2hr wait to finali I purchased a 2013 Yaris from this World Toyota on December 27th and was initially pleased with my sales experience, except for the 2hr wait to finalize the paperwork... and what happened next. I discovered during my first fill up that the gas tank would shut the pump off prematurely after only putting in around 15-30cents of fuel. Whoever put gas in my car upon purchase failed to report this problem and let me drive off the lot in a severely broken car. Trip 1: I immediately took it back to the World Toyota service department to have them inspect the car and fix this problem. I waited 2hrs and was told that it needed a new charcoal canister and they would have to order the part. I attend school two hours away and couldn't bring the car back till the following weekend. Trip 2: I returned the following week and they installed the part. I went to the gas station down the street and discovered the car was still broken. Unsurprisingly they hadn't even bothered to test it after the repair. I'm contacted the next day by Daniel, the service manager, and he apologized for the problems but says they've now thoroughly looked at the car and that a new gas tank will resolve the issue... but the parts must be ordered. Trip 3: I drive 140miles back from school to the dealership and drop the car off. I wait two days and am finally contacted by the service department saying that the gas tank wasn't actually the needed part but that it's something else. So they need to order more parts... Trip 4:? By this point they've done 3 repairs on my car over 6 days, have repeatedly wasted my time and energy, and have been negligent in reporting issues. If you want a dealership that rushes on sales, fails to reports problems, and does sloppy repair work you'll love World Toyota. More

I contacted Mariam and purchased a Camry in July 2014. My sister was in need of a car so I referred her to Marian at World Toyota. She bought a Camry in September. My other niece needed a car so I also referred her to Marian at World Toyota and she bought a Camry from World Toyota also. Mariam was very professional and kind. The car buying process was lengthy but Mariam went over and above to make it a positive experience. More
xxxx-poor customer service!! I had an oil change done here on a Monday, and they recommended that I have both the left and right CV joints and boots replaced. I made my appointmen I had an oil change done here on a Monday, and they recommended that I have both the left and right CV joints and boots replaced. I made my appointment for the following Friday right after I had my oil change done. On Friday, I came at 10:00 am (on time) and had my car checked in. I asked for an estimated cost of the repair and he couldn't find the right code to give him an accurate price. So he asked me to wait in the waiting area and he would return in about 20 minutes to give me the estimate. 20 minutes turned into an hour, and I was tired from working the night before with no sleep. So I asked to be placed in the shuttle so I could go home and get some sleep, and to call me with an update. I went home, fell asleep, and they called me at 12:30. They called to tell me that they didn't have my part to repair the car and they had to order it. I would have to bring my car back when they had the part. So my car just sat around for about 3 hrs, and they didn't do anything to it, even though I had scheduled and appointment days beforehand! I asked for the shuttle to come and pick me up so I could retrieve my car. After an hour of waiting and no shuttle, I had my friend drop me off to pick up my car. The service technician then took another 20 minutes in trying to have my car pulled up, only to discover that he had the keys in his desk the entire time! I wouldn't return to this dealership if my life depended on it! I will be going somewhere else to have my repairs done and any other future services. More

Still the customer service was very attentive to my wants and needs in terms of what I was looking for so while I came out with a nice certified used 2014 Rav4, I felt overall was treated second rate. My advice is to come in with knowledge in terms of what you want and a sizeable down payment when you're ready to buy. Overall I'm pretty happy with my purchase. More
