Service Director (Calvin Piper) Poor Customer Service Brought my truck in for oil change, recall notice, and to diagnose engine light. I was told the engine light was a result of a failed emissions pump Brought my truck in for oil change, recall notice, and to diagnose engine light. I was told the engine light was a result of a failed emissions pump and it was covered under an extended warranty. After jumping through many hoops to get back to the office, I get a call back from my service manager stating the service director said I needed to replace the charcoal canister at a cost of $1300 and if that didn't fix the problem, then they would replace the pump (bait and switch). Calvin Piper said it was corporate policy. I filed a complaint with corporate and received a return call within 24 hrs. I was told that the information I received from World was incorrect and that there was no requirement to replace the charcoal canister first. I was supposed to get a callback with 2days from the local customer service rep, but did not. Called back to corperate and they going to reach back out to the local representative. I'm most disappointed in the treatment from Calvin Piper as he is the service director at World. He never apologized for my inconvenience and his team did not give me a receipt showing that my oil change was done or that my recall was completed. Also, no written explanation of the current situation with my truck. With all the work I have had done at their shop I would I would get VIP treatment. However, most of the high dollar work was through their collision department. Hope they get this resolved or I be looking elsewhere moving forward. More

I asked about him when my wife went to dealership on 9/15/15. I had forgotten his name but SA will not look into records and kept saying he is the manager. Anyways we all make mistakes. I believe in giving opportunity to people who want to fix things. Just make sure you take everything in written. My only concern is previous SA had promised and if he left its not my fault. I go to dealer for their customer service if any of their employees leave they should keep their integrity and not say "That SA" no longer here so we are not going to keep our promise". Tomorrow TOYOTA can say you bought car from dealer A who promised warranty but that dealer is no longer with us so you are on your own? So for this reason I am going to still take one star off. Based on future visits I may update to 5 stars. Quincy gets 5 starts even today, if you go there ask for him. First Post 9/15/2015 Worst Experience second Time First Time I went to get my oil change under TOYOGAURD program that includes additional oil changes after 24 months , I had to spent 2 hours getting it fixed and confirm I had paid for TOYOGAURD . The Service Adviser acknowledged the mistake. He mentioned I need tires and he will price match. I showed him price on Costco and other dealers. He said he will match it and it will take 3-4 hours so you can come back. After few days my wife went there. That SA had left. Now I had to spend again 1 hour to explain to the new service Adviser. HE finally agreed to price match but with a print out (first one never mentioned) so I had to get out of my office meeting and work on that. Then he said Costco does not have alignment. Well if you are offering me same price for same service why should I come to you after all hassle. Previous SA confirmed to me he will match with Costco and I have benefit of alignment which Costco does not do. Waste of my wife’s 3 hours’ time to drive there and talking to them as well as My time from work away. Never use this Dealer ship More

Yesterday, I visited this facility just for Oil Change, expecting to be able to use one of coupons that I received from world toyota Manager at sales Yesterday, I visited this facility just for Oil Change, expecting to be able to use one of coupons that I received from world toyota Manager at sales department when I bought my car. In a really poor professional service that I received from John Willis, not only reject my coupon also charged $44.95 dollar. This is absolutely ridiculous service. Why Word Toyota provide new owners $9.99 oil change coupons, and later have a " professional and well trained rep like Ms. Willis to discuss with toyota owners and reject coupons ". Not only unsatisfied experience also I am still waiting for a customer service person to understant this unprofessional service. More
