If you want a cheap oil change, sure I'll recommend World Toyota to you. However, don't go for the service. I pulled up into the dealership and no one came out to say anything to me. When I walked into the offices of the customer service reps, no one said anything to me or recognized that I was there for what seemed like 5 minutes. It's like I was disturbing their Sunday at work. 2 guys sat next to each other and one guy came in for the day and didn't have to be at work (but the two desk mates were glad he came in because they had 2 people call out for the day) and the guy that came in, he didn't want to be at work. It took 1.5 hour for an OIL CHANGE. So, take your computer or something to do (and a coat because it was cold as he'll in the waiting room). I'd say the team needs an inservice on overall customer service (World Toyota could accompany Hennessy Lexus and do a joint inservice for customer service as they both have become so bad over the 8 years I've visited either for my cars). More
