Service repair incompetence One day repair was to fix three things, I verified the parts were in the parts department but I was told they would take three weeks to order. My car in the service department could not be found by any service agent for 30 minutes finally a parts department agent had to walk around for 15 minutes but luckily found my car which was not repaired. I called five times to speak with a service agent the day of the scheduled repair and none answered the phone, the main switch board operator spent five minutes trying to find a service agent but could not, I was told she left a message on the immediate call back voicemail but I never heard from them. I’ve had my Toyota serviced there for eight years I will never go back. More

I would fire everyone at Stonecrest Toyota and replace them with some people with experience with friendly faces and that will come up and talk to you when you're trying to buy a car. If I was the owner of Toyota . I will close down the Toyota dealership in Stonecrest Toyota because they are horrible people. I'm happy to say thank you World Toyota for having such good people working for you. More
