I just leased my first Subaru Outback from Sam. I am a senior, and needless to say, I was a little nervous about getting a new car, My experience was absolutely phenomenal. It is such a comfort to know that this dealership is always there for you. What an incredible relief! It is a family atmosphere. They also have teachers there to guide you all through the bells and whistles. I had the pleasure to meet Nicole, who walked me through everything. She is a fabulous teacher. I will be trained again, and I can call her anytime—so, so comforting. They very much want you to feel at ease—you feel so safe! I love my Subaru (my daughter and son-in-law have one, which they love). I cannot recommend World Subaru more highly! Tim performed all the steps necessary to get me a vehicle that I wanted to lease. He was extremely helpful in helping me decide which vehicle would satisfy my needs. Nicole provided an in depth explanation of all the buttons and controls located on the dashboard and steering wheel. I would never be able to understand all the functions available if it were not for Nicole’s description and demonstration of of all the buttons and switches. Mike provided a clear and full explanation of the lease process and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. I was thoroughly pleased with the way I was treated by the sales rep, John Wagstaff at World Subaru. He took time to explain everything about the car and the whole buying process.
