I went into World Subaru this past November and Fred Cole helped me get a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek that was certified pre-owned but practically new....and I LOVE IT. Fred was even gracious enough to pick me up from Enterprise and drive me to the dealership on the day of pickup. And Tara Mullins showed me how to use all of the tech in my new vehicle (I was previously in a 2015 Toyota Camry) and patiently answered all my questions. You have a top employee over in oil and tire Rotation. I was going to leave citing price and time restraints but with the lightest touch addressed all my issues and made thee Sale.
