I took it an exit down Route 18 and experienced the adaptive cruise control, the lane departure, and other safety features that made me want this vehicle to begin with. I left the dealership satisfied and now 2 weeks later, I am still satisfied. No buyers remorse! What more could I ask for? More

I was looking for a 2015 Subaru Outback and went to the DealerRater to see what reputable Subaru dealers in my neighborhood had to offer. No dealers had the exact car I wanted. I found a close one at World Subaru and, after reading its staff reviews, contacted Girsh Berman who was very well regarded by others, and rightfully so. He was very open, friendly and helpful and reserved for me the exact car I wanted while it was still at the manufacturer's plant. He called me in one week to let me know that the car was shipped and, a few days later, that it arrived to the dealership. I came next day at 4 PM. Price negotiation was very quick and fair and financing procedure with Mike Warnock was brisk too. At the end Girsh walked me to the car and spent half an hour with me going over every car control from the trunk to the hood. At 5:30 PM I left the dealership driving my new Outback home. More

This gave me a base to start from and then the trade-in needed a price. We arrived at a reasonable price which I was satisfied. Safet Salaj gave me complete confidence that my deal was good.
