I went looking for a Jeep Commander and found it. Sam was very helpful and even got a dent fixed on the car for me before I picked it up after purchasing it. The first week I had the Commander...the handle cracked and became loose. I dropped it off on October 29, 2011 to be serviced..it is November 7th and they still have the truck! Everytime I call the service department they know nothing. When I even called today, because I was told it would be ready tmrw..my truck was not even in their computer. Then a tech. got on the phone and said they just had looked at my car today!! What have you done with my car for the past week, you've had it?? It does not take this long to replace a door handle and a windshield washer fluid nozzle. I am sick of being given the run around on getting my car fixed. I purchased the car on October 15th, and have had it in my posession for 5 days if that. It's been sitting at the service dept. the rest of the time..and I'm paying a monthly payment for a car I do not have. This is getting beyond ridiculous! More
I was very pleased with the service. I was able to take a test drive that was more than just a spin around the block. Sam Spencer was upfront, knowledgeable and friendly. Sam made the purchase of my new 2012 Legacy a breeze. The experience took a little longer because the car was out on demo. Not a problem... the manager went and got the car for me. Mike Superti's friendly, relaxed manner put us at ease immediately and made the whole car buying experience less stressful than we could have imagined. Joe Wajda was also a very friendly and down-to-earth kind of guy. Mike Lamazzo took the time to explain all of our warranty options in a very clear manner, but he didn't pressure us in any way. We walked in to World Subaru feeling a little down about ourselves and worried that our credit rating would hurt any chance of finding a reliable car, but we walked out feeling better than we had in a long time! Michael took the time to listen to our needs and concerns and matched us with a great car! We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family! More

After visiting several Subaru dealers in Western Monmouth county, I wasn't satisfied with the price of the 2011 Subaru Forester that was offered to me. In a last ditch effort, I put in a bid to World Subaru on the internet with the price I was willing to pay, and went to the gym shortly thereafter. I expected either no response or a rejection. I received a call from Mike Superti, who accepted the offer. I left the gym, I visited the dealer and I was out in 1.5 hours with the exact car I wanted. Mike was straight, direct, and clear. No tricks, no games. Nothing was added to the bottom line number I gave him. He made it work. Trust World Subaru for your next purchase. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from World Subaru and wanted to write and comment on the experience. As you know, I worked with Patrick Dougherty to find the appropriate replacement for our aging minivan wanted to write and comment on the experience. We were looking for a do-all vehicle that would be serviceable for a number of years and appropriate for both me and my wife to drive. Patrick went out of his way to understand our needs and to make sure that they were met. We looked at several new Subaru Outbacks and Foresters, all worthy candidates, but were also interested in a 2008 BMW X3 that had come into the dealership as a lease return. This now involved Mike Lamazzo, your sales manager, who worked with Patrick to create offers on several new and used vehicles that would give us a range of purchase options. Although we had come in that Saturday morning just to look at cars, we were so impressed with the courtesy and interest that Patrick, Mike, and Joe Wjada showed in our automotive needs, that we were able to come to a purchase agreement that same day. Six weeks later, we couldn’t be happier with our choice and feel that World Subaru was not only interested in making the sale, but in building a long-term customer relationship.
