I have done business with this dealership many times in the past and have had only excellent experiences! Always respectful and appreciative of my business. Like a previous commenter, I also highly recommend you stay away from this dealership. To be blunt, they are dishonest. I purchased a car from them, and it was not until after the fact that I realized how stay away from this dealership. To be blunt, they are dishonest. I purchased a car from them, and it was not until after the fact that I realized how dishonest they were, and I feel entirely taken advantage of. They lied about their pricing, they lied about the contract, they lied about everything. Additionally, they shop your credit report all over the state and then end up sticking you with some shady bank with zero reputation. There are a lot of Subaru dealerships around, if you really want a Subaru, please go somewhere else. I've been buying cars for 30 years, and never have I experienced something like this. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else! More

The pricing of the vehichles I have purchased were honest and very reasonable. Girsh who I have used for both purchases did not miss a beat and answered every question I had he is amazing!! I called before going in; He was not due to come into work until later in the day and he arrived early just for me!! Mike in financing is also amazing answering all my questions and helping me choose an extended warranty which fit my needs and budget! Joe the general manager popped his head in several times making sure things were going great which they were. This dealership puts others to shame! Hands down they are the best! More
Visited th dealership to just look at the Subaru Outback. Polite, courteous and very straight forward from test drive to delivery we were promised a model and price and were never hit with hidden charges. A great experience all around. More

I saw a used car at World Subaru that I fell in love with, and when I went in to get the info. on the car,- Rich was right there- ready to help me. He is very polite, and he made the sale so stress free and easy for me. He took care of everything for me- including the registration, plates, etc etc and I drove the car out in about an hour!!and I love the car!! Then when I had a service question about the car a couple of months later--he was very helpful and directed me to the service team that took care of my every concern. Great experience, Joe and Girsh were great. This is my second subaru lease, my prior one ended after 3 years and they were great in taking the car back. I just signed a 42 month lease for a 2012 Legacy an second subaru lease, my prior one ended after 3 years and they were great in taking the car back. I just signed a 42 month lease for a 2012 Legacy and was very happy with the service. Joe helped answer all my questions and this is my Girsh checked up every day after my car was leased to make sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend World Jeep Subaru for your next car. More
I came to World Subaru to see an '08 Chevy Equinox that I found online. When I came in I told a salesman named Barry Williams that I was there to see this specific car. He told me it was in the garage being found online. When I came in I told a salesman named Barry Williams that I was there to see this specific car. He told me it was in the garage being worked on because it wouldn't start that morning. After about an hour and a half it was ready (new battery and fuses were installed). Barry then handed me the keys for a test drive. As soon as I started the car there was a message saying "service all wheel drive system" that remained on. I nevertheless continued on with the test drive and found that the power locks weren't working (the unlock button on the driver's door) and the blinkers wouldn't reset after a turn. There was also a very loud sloshing noise coming from the rear end every time I made a turn. I pulled over and found a strong, steady stream of fluid coming out of a hole in the muffler. Needless to say, I ended the test drive after about 5 minutes. I returned and told Barry about the issues and he was very unaffected by the news (he was helping a new customer at the time). He actually said "if you buy it we can fix all of those issues". Honestly, had he said "we'll take care of all of those issues and I'll call you when it's ready for the road", I would have continued to pursue the car. As it was, I handed him the keys and left. I was excited when I found the listing online. It was a great model, great mileage and great price but unfortunately the car was in terrible shape (which explains the price). How they could have had a car in such bad shape displayed on the lot is beyond me! Overall it was a very dissapointing experience. I've purchased many cars in the past and never once (before this day) has a dealer acted as if they didn't care whether or not I left with a car. I ended buying a car the next day from a dealer right down the road. I won't go back to World Subaru! More
