When the time came to sell, Rich did a professional and convincing job - uncharacteristic of the high pressure (and unwelcome) approach used by many of today's dealerships and their sales people. With the first two dealerships I visited, I experienced high pressure sales tactics, and a reticence to answer my many questions. So, it was with trepidation that I walked into World Subaru without an appointment, and was assigned sales rep, Safet Salaj. I was pleasantly surprised. Easy going and honest, with a wealth of knowledge, not only about Subaru cars, but the industry in general, he answered every question I had, and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision, without pressuring me. Once my car arrived from the factory, Safet handled the paper work without a hitch, and spent a lot of time patiently orienting me to my new Outback. He's a gem!!
