Pretty painless I dropped in on World Subaru on a Saturday at the end of May in my 11 year old VW, with the intent on getting a Crosstrek XV. When I got there, they I dropped in on World Subaru on a Saturday at the end of May in my 11 year old VW, with the intent on getting a Crosstrek XV. When I got there, they had an extremely lightly used 2015 Legacy Premium on the CPO lot for a very reasonable price. I dealt with Dennis. Pretty painless and easy and by the afternoon I had a new car. I think I was dealt with fairly and got a decent deal all around. So far I am loving my new Subaru. More

Mike was pretty much a walking cliche of a used car salesman. Incredibly rude to point where I couldn't continue discussing the two vehicles I was interested in and ultimately left. In addition to the rude manager, be careful with the cars advertised online. In my case they left certified inventory up on their website for one of the cars I wanted to see. I inquired through the online link and was told the car was still available in the morning. When I got to the dealership a couple hours later I was told the car had actually been sold a couple days ago. When I asked Mike about this, he blamed his internet sales team (he made a number of very negative and inappropriate comments about sales staff) and basically told me that even though "they're a bunch of idiots", he could still help me find a similar vehicle.... Not a good experience at all, but would have been decent had I been able to work mainly with the salesman instead of Mike. More
