Tim was the salesman I dealt with who was very knowledgable about every vehicle I wanted to see and it was also nice to know that he owned multiple subaru models. Usually negotiating a deal on a new car can be stressful and annoying but this was far from that. The place was very comfortable and Tim made us feel at ease. He didn't push anything on us that we weren't comfortable with. Half way through the deal Tim stepped aside to help another customer while his manager Shane discussed price options with me. Shane was not pushy or aggressive when we talked price and was willing to work with me to get me in a new car. not once did I feel like I was being lured into something I couldn't handle. When all was said and done I left the lot in a brand new 2016 WRX and could not be happier. It has been a while since I made a vehicle purchase, reason being is I abhor the sales process. I have dealt with 5 dealers before I came across World Subaru. Living at quite a distance, I didn't think it was possible to negotiate a fair deal remotely but I must say World Subaru made the process very seamless for me. From the beginning, the Internet sales associate Vanessa Obregon was very prompt and professional with my inquiry. I explained to her my distance restrictions, the car I was interested in as well as my criteria and offer. The interaction with Vanessa was crucial as she gave me a GREAT first impression. Not only did she listen to me, she relayed the information to my sales associate, Glen Miller, perfectly without me having to re-explain anything. Vanessa assured me Glen would work diligently to earn my business. Glen was such a delight to work with and he went above and beyond to EARN my business. He worked so efficiently to appraise my trade in, review credit application and address all questions and concerns regarding the vehicle REMOTELY. The final sales negotiator was with the sales manager, Shane Henderson and he was also very accommodating. My husband and I explained very clearly the fair price we wanted to pay for the vehicle and both Shane and Glenn did everything they could to meet my bottom line. Glenn was very assuring throughout the process and his professionalism is the main reason I chose to buy a car from World Subaru. The entire sales process took 3 days exactly and 100% of the pre-work was done remotely via emails and calls. The day of purchase went very smoothly as Glen was very organized and prepared and my husband and I didn't need to spend much time at the dealership. I was also very satisfied with my interaction with Shane and the Finance Manager Michael Warnock. The car was, as advertised, in immaculate condition and it also came with a 3 month / 3,000 mile warranty, 2 first complimentary oil change and tire rotation. After the purchase, Glen followed up to ensure my satisfaction with the purchase and with the service I received. Their Service Coordinator, Jessica Wenninger, also followed up to schedule my first complimentary oil change as well. Working for the one of the biggest tech companies, I must say I am so proud to see how efficient World Subaru is with their capabilities to work remotely with customers. In all, I highly recommend World Subaru in Tinton Falls and Glen Miller. Glen is the best vehicle sales associate I have ever worked with. They made the process of getting a car very comfortable. My salesperson, Alli Mendez, was friendly and easy to talk to. I test drove a Forester and an Imprezza on Saturday and both models were really great My salesperson, Alli Mendez, was friendly and easy to talk to. The safety features of these cars are important to me because of the recent accident that totaled my car. Everyone at the dealership was nice, and there was never any pressure. Dan is the best! For the past few weeks I have been looking into buying a WRX. So last Saturday I was driving by world subaru with my mom and she suggested stopping by to see what was on the lot. So we got out and started looking at the cars on the lot and Dan came out, greeted us and introduced himself. I told him how much I loved the WRX and he offered to let me test drive it so I figured it couldn't hurt. The poor guy had to move 2 cars just to get the car out that I wanted to drive but he didn't mind at all! I went for my test drive came back and loved the car. I still wanted to think about it so he gave me his card so that I could call him if I decided to purchase the car. I liked that he wasn't a pushy person like some other sales people I've ran into in the past. I emailed Dan Monday night and told him I was still interested and he promptly emailed me back and let me know his schedule. Tuesday I went in with my mom and bought my dream car!! He made the entire process easy and explained everything since I had never bought a car before. It was such a pleasant experience I would go back in a heart beat. When its time to buy a new WRX I will be stopping in to visit Dan again! More
