Professional Dealers I just purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Veracruz from this dealership and I am excited about rating the experience. After several weeks of looking around I just purchased a used 2011 Hyundai Veracruz from this dealership and I am excited about rating the experience. After several weeks of looking around, I finally knew what I was looking for. My daughter goes to college about 2 1/2 hours away by car in Connecticut. I wanted her to have the ability to get around in the snow, so I was looking for an inexpensive and small SUV. World Subaru in Tinton Falls, NJ had the perfect vehicle. I went in and asked for a test drive, and the first person I spoke with was Mike Lamazzo. What I didn't know was that he was the Operations Manager. He was very nice and made me feel right at home. Mike asked me what I was in search of and led me right to a Hyundai in his used car lot. After the test drive, he led me to a really nice salesman named Girsh Berman, who could not have been more patient and helpful. He helped us close the sale with no issues and no pressure. He explained everything in detail, and whatever I asked for, Girsh made it happen. John Puglisi, the general sales manager worked hard at getting me the best rate the bank would allow, and Floyd Foster in the finance department offered, in a very easy mannered way, all the extra options that were available without being pushy obnoxious. From this, my daughter learned very good lessons, most importantly; how to treat your customers! I would highly recommend World Subaru and look forward to buying my next vehicle with them!
