He was very friendly and exceptionally helpful in navigating a more complex than usual purchasing situation involving a trade-in. He was also a big help in getting the best deal possible together with a trade-in in the mix and took some additional initiative to make sure that it would be feasible to get a deal done as quickly and as smoothly as possible. I also had the opportunity to go over all of the features and functions on my new Subaru with Nicole Sciamarelli. She patiently, clearly and comprehensively covered information about the operation of the various features. She also more than satisfactorily answered a number of related questions. Additionally, she helped pair my cell phone to the car's Bluetooth system and customize a few other features. Due to her diligent work, I felt like I was starting out with a very good grasp of all that the car can do and how to operate the various controls properly...even before reviewing the Quick Start Guide or Owner's Manual. There were two or three other individuals at World Subaru, including Frantz Napoleon, who were also quite helpful with my purchase. Unfortunately, I don't remember all of their names. Michael and Nicole were the two people who worked the most with me, so my comments are really focused on them. Great job and kudos to you both! More

Outstanding sales and service Today I became a proud and happy owner of a 2017 Subaru Outback. My salesman, Dennis, at World Subaru was outstanding. He was very interactive with my two girls who are 7 and 11 years old. This made the whole experience so much easier because they felt engaged and did not act up - too much. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He listened to my financing parameters and helped me find a deal within my budget. I was also impressed with the Daniella the Delivery Specialist. When it came time for me to focus on the facts, she took my girls aside and kept them occupied. Then she gave me a very comprehensive overview of my new car. She answered many questions about how to use my high tech car. And she pointed me to the quick cheat sheets that I'm sure I will be using. Overall I recommend buying a vehicle from World Subaru!! Dan Greco, my sales representative was helpful and accommodating as I wanted to complete as much of the sales process as possible before stepping foot in the dealership. He had us in and out the door I'm about 90 minutes when we came to pick up the car. Nicole did a great job showing my wife and I the features of our car and the finance manager seemed nice and want pushy with warranties. Overall we are extremely happy with our cat buying experience at World Subaru! More

After several weeks of looking around, I finally knew what I was looking for. My daughter goes to college about 2 1/2 hours away by car in Connecticut. I wanted her to have the ability to get around in the snow, so I was looking for an inexpensive and small SUV. World Subaru in Tinton Falls, NJ had the perfect vehicle. I went in and asked for a test drive, and the first person I spoke with was Mike Lamazzo. What I didn't know was that he was the Operations Manager. He was very nice and made me feel right at home. Mike asked me what I was in search of and led me right to a Hyundai in his used car lot. After the test drive, he led me to a really nice salesman named Girsh Berman, who could not have been more patient and helpful. He helped us close the sale with no issues and no pressure. He explained everything in detail, and whatever I asked for, Girsh made it happen. John Puglisi, the general sales manager worked hard at getting me the best rate the bank would allow, and Floyd Foster in the finance department offered, in a very easy mannered way, all the extra options that were available without being pushy obnoxious. From this, my daughter learned very good lessons, most importantly; how to treat your customers! I would highly recommend World Subaru and look forward to buying my next vehicle with them!
