At World Subaru, we dealt with a Sales Representative who understood our needs, placed us in 2 possible cars, provided excellent summaries for each car, and helped with our decision-making. Without a doubt, he knew the capabilities of potential candidate cars and provided in-depth information on each which was targeted to our requirements. All of our questions were treated with respect, and his answers were "on the mark". We completed the deal on our third visit to the dealership, having done our best to understand the very excellent product material provided during the first visit. Although we had done the normal research on possible solutions for our needs, we started our search process with an open mind. We believe that our decision was driven by the product capabilities of the Outback, its outstanding safety features, and the ability of the Sales Representative to understand fully our objectives. More

She did a great job of explaining why these things needed to be done, identifying the cost of each, and estimating the total time it would take. From start to finish (including car wash), my visit was completed in 90 minutes. UI don't know whether that's attributable to their new (at least to me) "express service", but I was extremely impressed. More

Awful dealership - stay away !! Had to work with Sam. He told that he drives Lexus and Subaru. Was a bit harsh as he told us ..."You are not purchasing a brand new car". Hey ! we knew that before coming to your dealership ! He told us that he was going to talk with mechanic and inquire if the automatic door locks are working or not, but we did not hear anything. Also, we felt that it was not a welcoming environment when we came in (was busy with call and after test drive did not tell us to have a seat).... TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED... since we drive all the way from central Jersey. My overall experience from a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best) at World Subaru : ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Would rate it as 1. He listened to my needs and recommended the best model, a burgundy 2013 Forester. He steered me away from others that I had researched, including accompanying me into the lot and pointing out their flaws. He took my old Forester in on trade and arranged the financing and the other details, so I was able to drive out that afternoon. More
