Five Stars I was in search of a new car and was always a fan of Subaru so I decided to stop by World Subaru. Prior to stopping by, I did my homework and found th I was in search of a new car and was always a fan of Subaru so I decided to stop by World Subaru. Prior to stopping by, I did my homework and found the model that I was most interested in (Impreza). My father referred me to Tim Stewart, whom he had purchased a 2015 CrossTrek six months prior from. Tim was very professional, personable, patient and I never felt any pressure to have to purchase the car. I explained to Tim that I was working with a budget and after some work, Tim ended up giving me a great deal on a new 2016 Impreza that I couldn't pass up on. Tim exemplifies what real customer service is and sets the bar of what it should be. THANK YOU TIM!!!! More

Tim Stewart our Sales Consultant (timmys@worldfamilyautos.com) and Shane one of the managers worked very hard to locate the exact car we wanted. They had many models available but we wanted a specific model, color and certain accessories. Within a day we received a call the car was on its way to Tinton Falls. The car was perfect. Very happy we chose this dealership and was referred to Tim from a friend. Tim was personable, energetic, patient and really took the time with my daughter to ensure she was comfortable with the deal and happy. When the car arrived he spent a long time going over every detail of it so we knew how everything worked. More

Refreshing Buying Experience After doing my research on line, I traveled to World Subaru in Tinton Falls to see 2 cars that peaked my interest. Ahead of my trip, there was a stea After doing my research on line, I traveled to World Subaru in Tinton Falls to see 2 cars that peaked my interest. Ahead of my trip, there was a steady stream of email communications telling me who to see, where to go and that they were looking forward to seeing me. When I arrived, I met with the sales person (Girsh Berman) and told him what I wanted to see and away we went. The sales process was very hassle free and I didn't fell pressured - even when I was deciding on whether to buy or keep looking... no pressure. I ended up buying a non-Subaru from World Subaru - but they took care of everything and told me I could bring the car there for service or to the Volkswagen dealership in Neptune that is part of the dealership family. In the end, I believe I got a fair price for the vehicle I bought and got a very good price for my trade in. All in All - I am very happy with the experience and would recommend World Subaru going forward. More

It was *significantly* lower than anywhere else we looked, so much so that I was a little suspicious. But the price was valid, the sale was friendly, and dealing with the lease return was a breeze. The salepeople never gave the "hard sell" but they were extremely helpful in answering questions and just being generally good people. Couldn't recommend this dealership more. More
