I got a really good deal on new Crosstrek - got much more than I hoped for and all within the budget... also, very fast service - we were completely DONE and out of the door going home in my new car in less than 2 hrs (in my last experience with Nissan it took me most of the weekend :( ). So, I am very happy with the purchase and service. Daniella was super helpful with setting everything up; Sue was so patient with me while I was bothering her with many questions over the email asking for some specifics... That patience and willingness to help made a huge difference and brought us to Tinton Falls - there is a dealership much closer to my home but with less than perfect response rate and another one about the same distance but with kind of mean sales person I spoke to.
