Great experience with World Subaru I had a great experience with World Subaru. Having driven the same car for over a decade I did research on what I wanted and was able to take my ti I had a great experience with World Subaru. Having driven the same car for over a decade I did research on what I wanted and was able to take my time. I used ConsumerReports to help research and compare before I went out to visit dealerships for test drives. I visited World Subaru for a test drive of the (relatively new) Crosstrek. Alli was great in providing a car for a test drive, informative and all without pressure. I was not ready to buy yet and drove some other vehicles (Mazda CX 3, Honda HRV, Infiniti QX30, ...) over the next month or two but was still undecided. Came back to World Subaru wanting to test drive an Outback. Again Alli was great in providing the car for a test drive, gave us as much time as we wanted for Q&A. At that point I knew I wanted an Outback but I still wasn't yet ready to purchase. It was not a problem. On the 3rd visit I was more precise in knowing what I wanted in an Outback, (trim level, # cylinders, key options, ....) We again worked with Alli. It all went very smoothly. I came away feeling we reached a very fair price. It was all done in about 3 hours. That included test driving 2 Outbacks, deciding on which to buy, paperwork for financing and driving out a happy car buyer. All in all a great new car purchase experience. More
