Outstanding buying experience at World Subaru After doing extensive research I decided to purchase a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. I decided that I would contact multiple dealers online and work out the After doing extensive research I decided to purchase a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. I decided that I would contact multiple dealers online and work out the deal via email. While all of the dealers responded, Mike Marquand from World Subaru, was the most responsive and very upfront with the buying process. It doesn't hurt that they came in with the best price as well. The 2017 Crosstreks were in transit and World Subaru was not getting the car in the color I wanted, but Mike was able to work out a trade with another dealership (with no additional cost) and got the car I wanted and ahead of schedule. I got the call that the car was coming in and was able to arrange to pick the car up that same night. Daniella Brisindi was the delivery specialist. She went over all of the features (she even paired my phone with the car) and made sure that I had no unanswered questions. This is the first Subaru I have purchased and will not be my last. Mike and Daniella made the process enjoyable (I never thought I would say that about buying a car!). Thank you Mike and Daniella and thank you World Subaru! More

Love my Outback! I searched their website for new and used vehicles, walked in test drove probably 5 or so decided on a vehicle drove it home the next morning.
