He also followed up with me after my purchase and I appreciate his responsiveness. Daniella was very approachable and made me feel comfortable with my new purchase. She basically gave me a private tutoring lesson about my car which I badly needed. Like Glen, she followed up with me after my purchase. I don't know what I would have done without these two.
