We found our representative very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and helping us determine which vehicle would best meet our needs. We were unsure whether we wanted to purchase or lease, but the rep we were working with showed us the numbers for both options and talked us through both so that we were able to make the best decision for us. Dennis, the salesperson, was extremely helpful by not pushing me to make a decision. He volunteered to carry my heavy equipment from my car to see if it would fit in to the Forrester. He explained the new car in detail. Besides Dennis, the manager,financial person and delivery person stayed long past closing to finish the details of the transaction. Even after I leased it, the next day Dennis explained some of the features that I didn't understand. When I returned 3 days later to put on door guards Dennis was friendly and concerned that I was happy with my Forrester. Nicloe the Delivery Specialist again took the time to explain the features and to make sure I was comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership. This is my first Subaru and I love it and the dealership. More

I really appreciated how Dennis McWeeney spoke to my husband and myself with equal respect; as a woman, I've walked out of dealerships when the salesman (yes, always a man) talked down to me or treated me like I wasn't even there and spoke only to my spouse. Dennis was the real deal. Finance guy, Mike I think was his name, he did a good job as well. Daniella Brisindi , our Delivery Specialist, was equally crackerjack. Patient, knowledgeable and also very respectful. Buying a car is hard work; in a perfect world, there wouldn't be any price negotiating (I'm a member of the religious movement that actually invented standardized pricing long ago) but it's not Subaru's fault, I suppose, that this is the way the car business operates. Totally appreciate that Subaru doesn't do that whole rebate thing, which can end up feeling like a bait and switch to the customer. All in all, the experience was excellent--exceeded my expectations, in fact. More

Nicole Sciamarelli, the delivery specialist, was professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain and personalize the new technology for me. Awesome experience I started my search for my Outback online and worked directly with Kristy Liberti. She was so helpful and always returned all of my emails, which kept I started my search for my Outback online and worked directly with Kristy Liberti. She was so helpful and always returned all of my emails, which kept me engaged. Kristy introduced me to a sales associate, Dan Greco. Dan was another breath of fresh air. I did all my homework as far as trade-in value, finance rates and terms, so I was pretty confident on how I wanted the deal to go. I laid out everything to Dan and he was completely transparent with everything. Very refreshing. No games what so ever. Once the terms were agreed on the finance associate, Mike Warnock, laid lout the warranty options and answered all my questions. Then we knocked out the signatures and the car was mine. The dealership also had a delivery specialist, Nicole Sciamarelli, who took her time and showed me how everything worked - that was awesome. This entire experience was awesome. Thank you all! Well worth the 4 hour round trip drive - would do it again, and recommend it to anyone else as well. Respectfully, Greg More
